This is by far the worst cleaning service. They are constantly having to cancel and reschedule appointments like today. Today's appointment was supposed to have occurred last Tuesday. However due to car problems the cleaner wasn't able to arrive. I was empathetic at that point. Because I have been in that position. So, I was rescheduled for Friday. Then last Friday a big snow storm hit our area and everything was closed. So, my appointment was canceled completely understood. Now, at this point I had to reach back to schedule a new appointment. It was set for 9 am today. Well 9 am came by and went without a notice from anyone saying that the cleaner would be late. I reached out to someone via text. No response. I texted again. Finally I was told at 930 am the following, "Ok, (cleaner) will be around 11. I'm sorry for that. Yesenia has family emergency. Her mom had surgery and probably that's the reason. But (cleaner) will be today." At this point I had had many of these types of cancellations that my empathy was no where to be found. They didn't even ask if that time would work for me. As if I don't have a job or other responsibilities. Completely inconsiderate. I am not sure how they still have a service. Worst service/ company by far!! read more

Do NOT trust. Agnieszka shows others photos of your dirty homes, including the homes of her neighbors (that no longer use her). She insists on cash payment and has hired unlicensed unvetted Facebook randoms like a plumber (because she's cheap) to do work in her own house and then filed police report after being ripped off. Ask her if she screens the people that she sends into your home when she doesn't even screen workers for her house! In my case, the first and last time I used her, (because foolishly I was trying to be a good new neighbor), the work was sub-par, the workers were straight from Poland, no English, no cars. She drives them to/from jobs in her second smaller car not in her Benz. Don't trust that tips end up with the workers. Because she wants to be paid in cash, she's accused (behind her back to others) a wealthy neighbor that she's jealous of, of shorting her. Agnieszka has low standards, is slothy and so is her home and "business". She attacks anyone with negative reviews or that calls out her shoddy work and shady methods. Similar to her aggressive unsocialized dogs that she doesn't clean up after. Ask yourself why a "business" that's been cleaning for decades has 10 reviews, half of which are negative. Complete trash , should have lit my $300 on fire, that's pretty much how I felt at the inspection. I am a professional salesperson and was told I was wasting the employees time because they had to rewash the floor with there swifter twice?? I thought I paid monies to get a cleaning service. There was peanut butter and jelly and sticky stains in every room after they washed the floor twice? Next time I'll have my 5 year old niece come by with her Fisher price mop and she'll do a better job. Better yet Agnes, you've turned me off to ever hiring a cleaning service again, so congrats . If you want something done, just do it yourself the right way. Do not trust Agnes to clean an inch of your house, stains left over in every room even in the bathroom. So glad I wasted your time . I could go on and on and post 35 more pics, but you get the point. When you plead with someone on the phone everything is still dirty and she says, "but the ladies have wasted so much time there already." Doing what?? They certainly weren't cleaning. read more

Agnes Customer Service is SPECTACULAR!!! Agnes is so easy to talk to and get ahold of if I have a schedule conflict or need something extra. I actually look forward to talking to her! I had a big smile on my face the first time the ladies came to my door. First of all I was so happy to have help cleaning my house. Secondly, I was tickled to see them reach right down and greet my big dog without hesitation, even though he came barking and sliding up to their feet! When the Agnes ladies leave my house I message Agnes that it always smells so "Shiney"! Every member of my family knows when they have been there! It looks and smells and feels so fresh! Nope! Wouldn't hire them. Had Agnes at my home where my wife spent her free time giving Agnes advice on home sales. Moving forward we scheduled a move out cleaning of our home with her company. Well good thing we called the day before to confirm because she essentially cancelled and said she couldn't do it now! Really? When were you going to tell us? Or perhaps not tell us. Trash "customer service" would never ever suggest this company. Too many real companies that offer prompt reliable service. If I could o would give zero stars. However with social media I will and do make it clear to never do business with them. It's really not too difficult to call in advance and say sorry I can't do the job. No worries, I found someone reliable. In today's world you have to be a fool as any business owner to provide or lack there of provide poor to awful service and then not attempt to correct it especially with social media. Agnes Cleaning Service cleans my house for over 3 years. I'm very happy with service. It's very reasonably priced. I especially like that the same crew comes about 90% of the time, so Ladies know exactly what to pay special attention to. They also don't mind my 90 lbs very friendly dog. I have called Agnes cleaning service at the last minute to come and clean. They were booked for the rest of the week, but when I explained to Agnes how important it was, and that it was emergency, she extended their working hours to accommodate me. The crew of 3 ladies came and did an excellent job! Making my parents house look spotless. The house needed a lot of work, but the ladies worked so hard to make sure everything was nice and clean. My house was in pretty bad condition from a long drawn-out move-out, and Agnes and her crew of super-women got it back in pristine, tip-top condition within a few hours. They were prompt, respectful of my belongings, and when they finished, the house was just perfect and smelled absolutely delightful. Agnes was AMAZING! She accepted my frantic call for emergency cleaning help to get my dads house cleaned before his release from the hospital.
