They did a great job hen they started until one of the cleaned scratched my stainless Steel stove Maria came out and tried to say it was always like this and tried to put the blame on us. When asked for her insurance information she said she would send an email. after this she totally ghosted us and would not reply to any form of communication We ended up replacing ourselves and getting a different company They seem to be fine unless there is any issue and then they are unhelpful I would not recommend to anyone read more

Just closed on a house and at inspection we realized how dirty it was inside. Full of cobwebs, dust etc. on walks, ceilings windows and beams! I called as Mc they css as me out next day ... worked so hard s as Mc when they left, it was sparking!!! Highly recommend! They will be back to our own house snd rental!!! read more

This company seems like they had a good reputation. The owner came out the very next day I called for a consultation and to see the house. She was kind, empathetic and very professional. I have a 3,200 square foot house. I have now had them coming for over two months and they do an absolutely wonderful job. I am blessed with the team of Maribel and Damaris and I can feel their loving care when I come home. They are fast, efficient, but also have great attention to detail. I trust them in my home and I think the owner Maria cares greatly for her employees and clients. I feel like I get exactly what I need every two weeks for the price. Ten minutes later I got a reply saying they were still on another job and wanted to reschedule. So the first few times we were super pleased with the job they did. Then we started getting new people every time and some were obviously being trained. They were late several times and the last straw was a sticky floor and none of the cabinets had been wiped down. The were bad streaks on our kitchen table as well as our counter top. My wife's first time cleaning service of Maria & hubby in April 2022 was good. Maybe it's not worth the $400 initial service charge for townhouse but it's Covid-19 pandemic season so I'm ok with it. Main reason I avail of cleaning services is due to our limited physical capability (arthritic pain & some other nerve issues), I am a military disabled vet. Wife notices that the cleaning crew she sent on the next 3 occasions on a 4-week interval seems so hurried and the outcome is mediocre or unsatisfactory at best. Reviews were sent to Maria every time. Radio silence. Maria's crew still cleans my sister's-in-law place so my wife decided to avail of their services again. Maria confirmed an appointment today, Tuesday at 1:30pm, 6/27, Only this time - it's a NO SHOW, not even a courtesy call or anything to inform us that no one is coming. It's 2:06pm cst now. Very unprofessional if I may say. Not recommending this cleaning services at all. I'll give TWO ** stars for cleaning services and ONE * star for professionalism and total disregard of customer's time. read more
