When we tried to explain the circumstances, he threw a tantrum and said "he is not doing this with us" after 15 seconds into the conversation. Would not release our car because we said we were going to call manager to dispute charges based on signage (he said the signage was not updated). Made us pay in cash because he feared we would dispute credit card charges. Very unprofessional service in all regards. Cops said they have terrible service and our complaints were quite common. Cops handled us wonderfully. True professionals.
