What bothered me just as much as the price was the way the situation was handled afterward. I contacted the company to question the charges and try to resolve the issue, but I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that there was any genuine effort to make things right. I never got a response to multiple emails and phone calls. When someone needs a tow, they are usually already dealing with a stressful situation and are relying on the towing company to be upfront about what they will be charged. In my experience, that did not happen here. I walked away from this experience feeling misled, overcharged, and as though this company simply did not care about me as a customer. I strongly recommend asking for the TOTAL price in writing, including exactly how mileage will be calculated, before allowing this company to tow your vehicle.
