Stay away from this company if you can…read more rented a house for 2 years with them and there was a leak in the main water line that was preset when we moved in and it was like pulling teeth to get them to reimburse us for the crazy water bills. Took over a year and a half to get reimbursed and the only reason we did get it is because I would not drop the issue and emailed Annaliese probably 10 times about it And brought it up during the move out inspection or else they would have never even offered to reimburse us. And then during the move out they forced us to pay $500 for floor cleaning when there is already a non refundable deposit for cleaning on the lease agreement, and I called to ask if I could steam clean and mop it myself due to us having no carpet and one medium dog and they said that will be fine, it's mostly for carpet and people with pets. After emailing back and forth all they would say is "According to lines (whatever they are) the house needs to be returned in the way you got it." Absolutely 100% agree. But we moved in with the tile having dust and stains all over plus paint marks from their company that painted and just overall not the cleanest. Did not have a good experience with this company and will never rent through them again.

Then my mom passed away and I was out of town and could not sign on because I did not take my personal computer with my saved passwords....and my rent was three days late .... anyway it got real ugly .... John made me drive way out of my way to take him cashiers check plus a late fee of 100 dollars...... it was a very ugly situation after a perfect pay record and I have a 820 credit score! and I am an old senior! There were a few other ugly situations I did receive my deposit back but of course they held out 60 dollar administration fee and 50 doLars to change the locks ! I hate to post negative things but had I known what I learned I would not have rented from them.... just saying!

Our friend said hands down Nicole Brule-Fisher When we first started looking we were thinking second house. We exchanged emails with Nicole and made arrangements to drive and look at houses. Nicole spent all weekend with us showing homes, connecting with other agents to give us more options. There was one house that was amazing that she was able to show us before it even went on the MLS but it didn't have a place for a pool. (sad face) Nicole showed us a bunch of houses but nothing we were ready to pull the trigger on (this is the beginning of October). So we went home and Nicole started emailing us listings. There was one house that we wanted to see but we couldn't get away. Nicole went out and face timed us for a walk-through. Since we were relocating there wasn't urgency on our end. We were looking for a turnkey house that hit all our must haves. Anyway, my husband was on a quick trip to Tucson and I was in California when I went on Zillow and saw this sweet fixer upper in a great area. My husband called Nicole to see the property. I guess she was unavailable because she told him Nick would meet him at the property. Nick was great - he's unpretentious, friendly and knowledgable. We wrote an offer on the fixer and with their recommendation added an escalation clause. Our offer wasn't selected but became the backup offer. Anyway, all the stars aligned when the first party backed out and we got news that the sellers wanted to accept our offer. woot woot! The fixer didn't have everything we wanted but the location was so amazing and the price low enough that we decided to take on the project to get exactly what we wanted. I honestly didn't think we were in that headspace when we started looking. I really liked working with Nicole and was a bit bummed that we got kicked to Nick. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. Nick recommended contractors and inspectors so we could get things inspected during our 10 day inspection period. He really made this part of the transaction go smoothly. My husband and Nick did the final walk through. Nick was with us every step of the way. After the sale we got a notice from the city that we had a water leak. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended. There was some miscommunication that was really inconvenient especially around the holidays. I would highly recommend Nicole and Nick if you are looking to buy a property in Tucson. They are both professional, unpretentious, and know the area extremely well. It was a pleasure to work with them and we appreciate all their time and care.

I also found Don's attitude extremely condescending. Although I was the client who had hired the company, his interactions often gave me the impression that I was working for him rather than the other way around. Ultimately, the company quit managing my property without notice, leaving me to deal with the situation on my own. While I appreciate that they found a tenant quickly, good property management involves much more than filling a vacancy. Communication, professionalism, responsiveness, and actually managing the property are equally important.
