The best part was we all stayed in one spot and enjoyed each other's company. This is not true for most kid's party venues. The bowling alley looks great on the inside, the computers were fun as well as functional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. One of our lanes repeatedly had service errors and we were given the next lane over as an accommodation. Two of our other lanes had a couple of service errors. Lane technicians fixed it within 5 minutes. Ideally, the lanes would all work perfectly, but appropriate accommodations were made. I had experiences with 3 managers - Jenna, Kaylee, and Gage - all were very nice, professional, friendly, and courteous. I could tell they wanted us to have a good experience. I appreciated their services. I am so happy to have a bowling alley again in Mandeville. Thank you to the owners for reopening it! I do suggest mechanical updates as soon as possible, a brighter signage, and painted exterior so it doesn't look like an Econo Lodge.

Most of our paid time was spent standing around waiting on the machine instead of actually bowling. By the end of the hour, we only finished one full game and got halfway through the second. I politely asked the employees if we could at least finish the second game since the lane issues ate up so much of our time, but they did nothing to help or accommodate us.
