The salon is located in a really cool building in KC with a super chill vibe. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. they offered water, coffee, or tea right away, which was such a nice touch. Carrie did an amazing job! I'm so happy with my haircut and highlights. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered beautiful results. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever back in town. I took a chance and I've been coming here ever since. I consistently get a really good cut, and the staff are all so friendly and upbeat. The salon itself has a bright cheerful vibe and they always have great music. Check them out, but by appointment only.

I got there early to use the jacuzzis. The front desk person showed me around and I went to the locker room to change. The jacuzzis were relaxing. I spent about a half hour there and then went to the massage waiting room. My massage felt so good and I was so relaxed upon leaving. I had a great experience!

It'll do for now, I guess. They also weren't the friendliest while I was there. Two other girls complained about their hair, and I was surprised that the staff was quick to offer to take it down and redo it. I was told weekdays aren't very busy, so I went on a Wednesday, but I still had to wait about an hour before getting serviced. I'm not sure if I'll go back. It seems like they've gone downhill compared to when I first started going there.

When they asked how long I wanted them, I specifically said not past my butt. I was initially told the price would be $180, but when I got there, they said it would be $200. After she finished, my braids were literally down to my knees way longer than I asked for. I told her it was too long, and she offered to cut it. I agreed, but the final result was uneven. On top of that, the boho pieces weren't trimmed, so I had random strands sticking out everywhere. I ended up paying over $200 plus tip for a style I'm really unhappy with. It's especially disappointing because I genuinely loved this place before this experience.

Sophia and Sabina were with us to the end. They brought on a third artist and then the week of the wedding offered a fourth artist to ensure we would stay on track with our timeline. All of their work was beautiful and after doing the tutorial we were able to communicate easier because we had met and interacted. They were great and even recommended an aesthetician and fake eyelashes. 10/10 recommend!
