The 2 star rating is being generous... You walk in and check in at the counter via iPad, I thought that part was super cool. I hadn't been here in a little over 6 months give or take and they definitely revamped the place up a little. The environment is beautiful, no nauseating smell, Well over 25+ chairs (not including the pedicure areas) and so on. The place was absolutely stunning. I just wish they had better employees. I've been getting my nails done for over a year so I know what looks right and what doesn't. I used to think everything looked good no matter what but when you pay top dollar it adds up and you obviously want the best for your buck. When I walked in I told them I wanted a healthy nail fill- $35. When the guy took me back I showed him the picture of the idea I wanted in mind, he then told me it was $50... well okay ombré IS 2 different colors so i figured sure whatever. Onto the nail work itself.. my nails prior too were pretty beat up since I work in a kitchen. The man filed them down and did everything as normal, originally I noticed that my right ring finger was not as glittery as the rest and he did go back and fix it after I said something, in the light you can see where he dipped my nail into the glitter and failed to blend it up word. In the pictures alone it's not very blended. It just kind of looks like I have glittery tips. Which to be fair I don't necessarily hate it, yes it's rather small, but still... come on. Blend better. My cuticles are all cut up, and my right pointer finger is u finished... I didn't even notice until I got back home :( in the pictures you can clearly tell the rest of my fingers are punk and in my pointer you can clearly see my nail.. I was not satisfied with the work and I won't be returning...

3rd times a charm ...a tech finally is finishing her pedicure

So I brought my kids here for birthday pedicures ... this is our 2nd visit. The first time, my 9yo started the pedicure with the tech who was pulled away to work with an adult...she waited an Hour in the chair while the rest of us got our pedicures then we had to wait for her. Today...SAME THING...except 3 techs started her feet, then pulled away to work with someone else. If she were an adult, she wouldn't have received this treatment. If I'm paying for a service that you say you have an opening for, complete the service. Otherwise schedule an appt. Don't start a task, let the water get cold then come back & "oh sorry". Unacceptable service. One time, I get it, 2 times is pushing it...we won't be back for a 3rd. Need to work on scheduling & better mgmt practice if you're crowding people in that you clearly don't have staffing for.

Less than 12 hours after getting my nails done every single one was chipped. Not happy since I got them done for a wedding & no time to fix.

I got a french mani & pedi here a few weeks ago the night before a wedding. I went home, went straight to bed, got up in the morning and started getting ready. Every single one of my nails had already chipped before I even left my house. I also wasn't able to do anything with my hair because so much as running my fingers through it caused flakes of white paint to come off in my hair (pretty gross looking). So my mani lasted less than 12 hours- absolutely ridiculous. Additionally I noticed she hadn't even got all of the nail polish off my toes that i had on before the pedi. Really? I went there with my mother and the bride (who also got a french mani and hers chipped too!) we were going to pay together when we all finished, however the girl who did mine finished first and got really pushy about me paying right then. Didn't ask nicely, just started demanding suddenly. How this place has been in business so long I can't say. Cheap supplies, sloppy work & rude employees. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone for any reason.

I watch her working, since her Station is next to Reagan. These two talented Nail Techs are meticulous, I've been getting the Healthy Nail Powder Nail coating. Feels great not to have all the old fashion drilling and unhealthy powder, getting all over clothing and specially in my lungs. Not to mention I no longer use tips. My own nails have been growing very fast. They feel and look healthy. Since, they use a good brand. You may want to attention to that or don't hesitate to ask. What brand are you using? Last shop I patronized here. Their powder made me very suspicious. 1) Labeling on Container(was hand written). 2) She used the UV light. True Healthy Nail does not need UV Light. ***Ask for Details. Don't hesitate. Here at this Salon if not satisfied w/the info you get from a Tech. Ask to speak to Reagan or Christy. There are NO communication issues. Aside from that they both converse with their customers. Have a great sense of humor. Reagan told me he was born here(Without me asking)Hence, I was telling him, the only thing my grandkids said in Spanish was Hola, Gracias, De Nada(You're Welcome)lol Why all this info?? Most of us do not want to be just a number. Customer Service & people skills are Numero Uno(#1). I'm more apt to let go or overlook small mistakes. And, give people the benefit of the doubt. They are human like us. No Customers=No Business$$$$ ****Courtesy and Manners go both ways. This Place is SUPER CLEAN I noticed Lilly a Pedi-Tech Cleaning all the filters, of the foot tub baths:-) After A Customer Was Done With A Pedi. THAT'S THE WAY TO AVOID INFECTIONS & PROBLEMS. """It's also the law, per the Health Dept and, OSHA. Always Good To Ck Licenses. POSTED BY FRONT DOOR""" Salon Also Should Have A Current Cert Of Operation. As for my pedi it was just ok. Henry's regular clients are Tennis Players, Runners and Athletes. The massaging techniques are mostly deep tissue. For my softy feet. Deep tissue that has me jumping out of my chair. Going OUUCH:-( is not relaxing. I'm more into Swedish. Take my legs on a vacation:-P So, on next appt. I'll sched with another tech for Pedi. This Place is YELP A+ for me:-)) Any issues. You'll be sure to know:-)
