I've been eating at Tiff's Treats for years and love their cookie delivery service! It makes for the perfect gift! What made me write this review today was simply from the Dubai Chocolate Filled Cookie!! They might have a winner with this one. It is absolutely amazing and wish they'd keep it year round. The filling is so good inside and I wish there was more of it. You get the nuttiness from the pistachios, the cream, and the crunchy kataifi. I loved it! It paired so well with the double chocolate. The pistachio were salted so the cookie had a nice balance and was not overly sweet. Tiff Treat's has a variety of flavors for anyone to try and is always putting out new seasonal items. My only complaint I can give them is that since the cookies are baked to order and delivered warm, sometimes they can be slightly underdone from how they're packaged hot and on top of each other leaving them stuck together and a pain to pull apart. Other than that, the cookies are good and i'd just hope this would be considered more when packing dozen boxes! read more

I went to pick up tacos and so happy to see Tiffs Treats in the same parking lot. Deciding what to order was easy, I got one dozen cookies, chocolate chips, sugar, snickerdoodle, chocolate fudge and two new flavors: confetti and lemon. They offered them warm or not. Dishonest service at this location. I also added the assorted box just to be supportive of their Valentine's Day special. After a few minutes of standing at the front counter, the employee returned with only one box of cookies. I asked if she heard my original request for 12 dozen chocolate chip cookies, and she said she would check. She came back a moment later and told me they were sold out. While I was waiting, I also overheard profanity being used in the back. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this location. read more

This place was ok. I think I make better chocolate chip cookies following Joanna Gaines recipe. We had chocolate chip, m&m, sugar cookie and a brownie. Terrible service that is highly inconsistent. Also do not expect your ice cream sandwich to look like the picture on their website! They put almost no ice cream in it and they heated up the cookies for the sandwiches and they all melted instantly - even after they asked me if I wanted my cookies heated up and I said no. Someone sent us a cookie delivery. The cookies were good. The problem was The driver left it on our porch without checking to see if we were in town. It sat on the porch for 3 days. I complained and had the package redelivered for a time I would be at home. CS was excellent in this regard. However, The driver still did not confirm I was home. I have ordered Tiffs at least 20 times. For work and home and for others. I have never ever had any issues. The cookies are always on time and warm. They are delicious. I wish people would not always post just the rare negatives about business. If the product is good tell everyone! Ordered one dozen cookies and pint of ice cream at 5:04pm online. Went to Kingwood location @5:35 One person was working the counter. I was third in line. Two people in line ahead placed orders at the counter. She filled their orders at walk in. Then told me mine would be ready in 5 min. After she waited on 2 other walk ins she came to me and said my order would not be ready for another 20 min. I said no. I wanted a refund. She said she had to call the manager. After another 5 min. she came out and said it was refunded. Unreal that their website encourages online orders, warns they may not be able to fill walk ins. But they clearly did not have staff to fill deliveries or online orders. I could've done better as a walk in. We will see if the refund arrives. *******update: refund arrived. Manager contacted me and made things right. Very apologetic and I'm guessing will work with staff to gain better insight into better communication. Besides getting no order, I was given no explanation or remedy while I was there. I do believe they can and will do better. The manager made this right. Thrilled with the service and product from tiffs treats Kingwood. Was home with younger daughter playing games and ordered cookies, they were delivered within an hour. Warm and delicious. We also sent some to older daughter and friends. Treats arrived quicker than expected and quality was great. The brownies were our favorite. read more
