We went in and made our yogurt. The lady saw us making it and went to the back. We waited and waited to check out. We heard the employees in the back laughing. We knocked on the employee door to let someone know we were waiting. They still did not come. Another customer knocked for us and took her child to the restroom. They came out of the restroom and still no one waited on us. We left our cups at the register and left. Whoever owns this establishment needs to know there were only 3 flavors working and their employees were not. read more

My family and I went in and the employee's were extremely friendly and received outstanding customer service. The store was very clean and had a wide variety of flavors to choose from as well as toppings. I was really impressed and would go back to this location in a heartbeat. read more

Clean, delicious, with unique flavors. I love that Menchie's advertises that it has unique flavors. Like strawberry greek yogurt or mocha fudge, these are flavors I don't normally see. I went normal and got the cake batter and original. They have a ton of toppings, but strangely, no chocolate chip. No matter. I threw on cookie dough, pecans, frosted animal crackers, mochi, and juice balls. The mochi had more of a marshmallow texture, which I found a little weird. Otherwise, my cup was delicious. My husband says I get 80% topping and 20% froyo, which is correct. This place is 54 cents an ounce. They have $5 fill up your cup on Mondays from 5-10 p.m. I need to repeat that, for only $5 you can get all the froyo and topping that you can fit in your cup. If I lived around here, I would be here every Monday. There are a couple tables. It is not a huge place, but we were able to easily get a table. Once the table next to us left, the worker immediately wiped down the table. read more

This place is a spitting image of Tutti Fruiti over on the west side near my house. A couple different unique flavors of yogurts or ice cream and a whole lot of toppings beyond what you can imagine.Try the Mango Burst toppings. Those were pretty cool. Place was clean and it was quick in and out. Not sure how much more you need to give this place less than 5 stars. The only thing maybe that isn't good is that it's out in the boonies, far North East Houston aka Humble. read more

Visited Texas for the day and was able to visit my god kids. After dinner decided to take them out and fill them up with sugar The kids enjoyed the variety of frozen yogurt and toppings. As the adults did as well. The staff was welcoming and customer service was great. I will defiantly come back when I visit Texas for some frozen yogurt. read more

My Church's group had a date night that ended up here tonight and I can't say enough good about the time we had. The flavors were on point tonight. The place was clean. But what really did it for me was the service. Several months back my family came in and I swore to never come back because the customer service was so terrible. However, tonight we had topnotch customer service. Kiara and Louis were polite and accommodating to our group. I can't say enough good about them tonight. I waited an hour and a half to finally have one order done (3 cups) and to be told that one flavor they were out of, so I called the customer, and then another 30 minutes LATER was told that they also didn't have their second choice because she hadn't even started it. Ladies, it DOES NOT TAKE 40+ minutes to pour fucking iced cream. I suggest looking for new hires. Pathetic. I'm so pissed I'm ADDING TO THIS REVIEW the lowest competence I have ever seen in employees. She triple checked one persons and the other told me they were really busy. People pour their own iced cream. You only have MY order to work on and checking someone out?? I should've fucking done it myself. Would've been gone in ten minutes. Fucking. Idiots. I work in food. This was the second time my son and I had visited Menchie's in two days. Our first visit was to the Summerwood location yesterday. That visit had been so impressive that when we realized we were close to a different Menchie's this evening, we didn't hesitate to head over. The visit tonight was the POLAR OPPOSITE of what we experienced yesterday. The shop was not well kept. Half of the yogurt flavor dispensers were empty/unavailable. The working yogurt dispensers looked filthy--like they hadn't been wiped down all day (despite we were there at 8:00 pm). The drip pans were crusted with yogurt run off. The employee working was not in uniform, did not greet us and was unfriendly despite us trying to interact with her. She acted like she couldn't give two $hit$ if anyone had walked in to buy yogurt. On our visit to the Summerwood Menchie's yesterday, my son went wild with the toppings. Adding candy, boba and syrups to his yogurt creation. When I saw the toppings bar in complete neglect, I told him that I didn't recommend he add too much to his yogurt--everything looked old. I know you can't pay people to be bubbly and friendly but this young woman wasn't selling your product and she didn't make what was available even worth buying. If I had known the shop would be so disorderly, not even the yogurt flavor my son was wanting and the toppings to be so unkempt, I would have suggested we just walk right back out. We just didn't want to be rude. Someone please get this shop in order!! read more

Yadira & Nelly (Shift Leader) treated me horribly over what was supposed to be $11 off with my total with Smile points (whatever it's called) and only $5 was showing up. We would've never come here and gotten as much yogurt as we did had we known we only had $5 not $11 off. I asked repeatedly what I was supposed to do since I can't pay for as much as we got. $6 is a big difference. Nelly laughed in my face and said I had to pay it since I started eating it. I paid for it on my credit card and will dispute the charge. I asked to speak to Alex the owner, but they laughed and said he was out of town. Basically, I was ripped off by $6 and laughed at by Yadira & Nelly. I hope to hear from Alex and maybe work this out before I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. read more

Took my little sister and cousin here for just a little treat. They had a variety of different holiday flavors I was able to try. The pecan pie and the eggnog flavor was pretty good but the white chocolate peppermint bark tasted nothing of the sort. The topping area was pretty clean and everything was pretty stocked up. I'm more of a Yogurtland kind of girl but this Menchies was pretty nice! read more

Ok. First complaint would be the variety or lack of yogurt on more than one occasion. Today they actually had yogurt but we waited at the register for 10 min as there was no one there to greet us. One girl finally came out and seemed like she had better things to do. She immediately went back to the back as more people came in. We watched as they went thru the same thing we did..some other guy came out and had the exact attitude. He went back to the back room and turned on some music when he could have actually cleaned something as the counters and tables were sticky and condiments all over the floor and counter. Would rather drive over to the one on Northpark then deal with this location anymore. read more

it looked appealing from the front but when we stepped inside there was a poor selection and the pictures of some of the poor selection of flavors weren't even close to right. I made myself a caramel(which turned out to be coffee) and coconut frozen yoghurt because no other machine would work except for blue vanilla the price was okay but the help was snippy and rude. Would do again but only if I had to. read more
