All items are beautifully arranged in a decorative display, so it is like walking through a museum. The clothing comes in many eras, mostly 1960s and beyond from what I could see, and many things are very co,orful with unique, eye-poppimg designs. There are a few new items like tee shirts, which h are great for casual wear. There is some costume jewelry as well- lots of necklaces. Browsing here is quite enjoyable. On her 50th business anniversary, the town celebrated her and installed a plaque in front of her shop to commentate the anniversary. It is quite a feat to be in business for that long. But as you look around her shop, you can begin to realize why. I knew I was in a retail shop but at times I felt I was in a museum. She has a great sense and keen eye for beautiful antique items that have universal appeal. There were vintage quilts, pieces of antique lace and embroidered items, dresses, hats. buttons, jewelry, baby clothes, curling irons, child's doll house, and lots of other things all for purchase. The shop is clean and has a modern feel. The inventory is beautifully displayed. Items I found interesting and got museum feels from were the wedding dress display (there were dresses from each decade from 1900-1940s) and the lace display. There was a board that displayed the various types of lace, knitting, and embroidery; next to each sample was written info about the method and history. I got to shop and learn a bit of history at the same time. Two of my favorite things to do. Awesome.

I wish we went to 9am because when we came back, they were all sold out of the morning buns! We didn't get their sandwiches because we were heading to lunch afterwards. Unfortunately they are closed the next day (on Sundays and Mondays). We did get their focaccia to go and it was so delicious. We also got their chocolate chip cookies and bran muffin. All yum!

We've been to their sister store in Folsom and both locations have pretty good variety and low prices. This location is definitely smaller, but still has some good finds. You just need to take the time to look. It's located in the quaint little Burke Junction shopping center across the street from Safeway and Forklift, so there's always plenty of parking. Most recently, I snagged a cool coffee table made in the Japanese style of woodworking for a steal, plus a Hong Kong VCD version of LOTR! I literally haven't seen any VCDs from Hong Kong in ages, honestly since I've been there, so this was a really cool find. It was super nostalgic for me and I'm definitely adding it to my collection. On the way out, I spied a neat little chubby Pikachu figurine and had to get that as well. My husband has been in a Pokémon collecting streak lately so this was a fun little item to add to his collection too. All in all, the staff are pretty nice and I've been able to find things here and there for such a steal. We'll continue to support this thrift store!

But absolutely horrendous service if i could give 0 stars I would , So I…read morewent in here with my dad and my boyfriend and me and my boyfriend where looking around in a different area than my dad, we were looking at the stickers and laughing at them because they were cute little dog stickers and I might have bought one if the lady weren't so outright rude and racist, but when me and my boyfriend were done looking at the sticker we started walking back over to my dad and this old decrepit white woman comes from behind the counter and says "can I ask if you put a sticker in your bag" (my boyfriend is holding a bag from a previous store we went to btw) I was so shocked like are fucking kidding me, my boyfriend is nice and said yeah sure and pulls everything out of our bag which only had my clothes in just bought. But after that experience I left so fast. Don't go here it's a joke.
