After test driving a wonderful vehicle and also considering trade in value and repairs we decided to maintain our current vehicle. Every step of the way the team was transparent and easy to talk to. They did not try to sway us in one way or another, just provided the facts. Each of our truck repairs was completed with great communication and providing information. I felt assured we were making informed choices and I was provided updates every step of the way. We will certainly utilize Auto Connection in the future.

Bought a vehicle, air conditio ing didnt work even though they had it checked off as being inspected. Took it back to get fixed and they dragged their feet and tried to charge me for the repairs. I refused to pay and reminded them of the inspection sheet. Then they said it was fixed. Next hot day i tried the AC and no cool air. Phoned them back and they said to bring it in. Now they say the compressor is shot and they would be happy to fix it if I come up with 900 dollars. They said it worked after they " fixed it" the last time. My question is, if they said it worked when it left the last time and werent going to fix it, then why tell me to bring it in? They knew it wasnt working properly. I jave brought it back 4 times since I bought it in less than a month. They tried to charge me for parts, repairs, etc. the whole way through this ongoing issue. Then they just say, " it worked when you left last time." I call bullshit. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. I am not confident they did ANY of the inspection checklist now.

Phenomenal service -- during & after the sale!…read more We have used Quicksilver over the last 7+ years. They have installed nerf bars on our truck, remote starters in two of our vehicles, & also an all season stainless steel grille. Each time, their service has met our expectations, & prices have been great (competitive) -- which would normally mean a four star rating. However, it is their after the sale return customer relations that gets them a five star rating. For example, we had two remote starters that on one vehicle that kept requiring reprogramming, which was always done at no charge. After the third time, we had another place check it out, while doing other mechanical work, (we were advised the system needed replacement, upwards of $400). We then returned to Quicksilver to have them quote a replacement. Quicksilver first tested both keyfobs, determined that only they needed replacement ($60-100-ish each depending on 1-way vs 2-way). To make sure this was the problem, they sent us home with a new keyfob to test for a few weeks to ensure that was the problem. When we later returned, to purchase two new fobs but they were sold out & asked us to return in about a month (keeping one we had at no charge for now). As life does, time got away from us & we never return for almost three months. We apologized for taking so long to return & they immediately fit us in & reprogrammed two new keyfobs for us... & the REFUSED to accept payment for them! My wife & I were both stunned by this EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE & returned later with some gift cards for them (to show our appreciation). All we can say is they will ALWAYS get our business whenever it is a service they can provide! Thank-you Quicksilver!! Brad & Sue-Ellen

Visited the office to get replacement or cash return, he wouldn't accept any. told me it was 30 days return but my receipt shows otherwise and no written 30 days warranty. I spent additional funds to buy a new headlamp, plus the previous mechanic cost that found out the defective lamp, and cost for new installation plus several bulbs procured trying to find solution. Now I have defective lamp in my garage that I cannot sell or use and I even pleaded for half my payment, this dude rejected all. Ripping people off their hard earn cash is unprofessional and this company must face the consequences. Immigrants given opportunity in Canada should not take advantage of the liberal people in Saskatoon and try to swindle at any cost. A sold defective part should be returned and warranty must be clearly spelt out on the sales invoice and not mislead the people. I will be reporting the business to relevant authorities as equity is important to sustain this business. Illicit practice is unacceptable regardless of the nature of your business especially if a Country has given you an opportunity to thrive...I will extend this conversation to reddit, Facebook and other relevant Bloggs. same experiences have bn reported by people as shown in the comment section.
