This is the first time I used Tiger Town and Tim was out within 24 hours to pump my septic tank and inspect the mound. After inspection, he made a separate trip to replace damaged lids and missing parts. It was such a hidden safety hazard. People and animals walk over those kids all the time. Not very happy with Tiger Tank. They were out to inspect my septic in March to complete a County-required ROSS report...I paid cash. I've since received two letters from the County indicating that my ROSS report has not been submitted. I contacted Tiger Tank each time and they eventually got back to me to say they had submitted it. I then get a third letter (registered) from the County again stating that I am now in violation and need to submit my ROSS report immediately. I have not heard from Tiger Tank, I have not received a receipt from them (despite asking for one several times) and they still haven't gotten back to me about an outstanding issue that they told me they would research and get back to me on. Tim, at Tiger Tank Pumping, does so much more than just pump septic systems. We called when we thought we had a septic issue, but Tim diagnosed situation as a broken pipe. Instead of referring us to a plumber, Tim took care of "problem" from start to finish. A day later, Tim had an excavator and crew. They narrowed the problem location, removed blacktop, and began digging. By the end of the day, Tim and crew found "cracked" pipe fitting, replace with new and improved piece, tested, and said he'd be back tomorrow to fill hole and seal. True to his word, Tim returned the next day and soon the hole was filled with new dirt, packed down, and sealed until weather was conducive for new asphalt. In addition to being efficient, Tim, and crew left the area cleaner than before they started the work. I am so pleased. Throughout, Tim communicated clearly, and confidently, and expertly the jobs findings and progress. Because of Tiger Tank Pumping and Tim's experience in the business, I trusted him, and the work. We have had three appointments that Tiger has not shown up for or called to say they would not be here. This is to repair work that they did incorrectly the first time that they did a repair. I called and was told they would find out why they didn't show on the last appointment and call me back. They never called me back. We have left two messages since with no response. They came out on short notice and did an absolutely fantastic job with a really positive attitude. Helped me dig a deep hole in Clay looking for an inlet valve to my septic tank, found the thing much faster than I thought would be possible and cleared it of tree roots all at a more than fair rate. They charged far less than the plumbers wanted to charge me to come out and try to snake my drain. I would recommend these guys to anyone. read more
