Ali Towing contacted me less than 40 minutes after being notified by the insurance of my need for a tow and the driver showed up 15 minutes later. Bottom line they directly contacted me in a prompt fashion and were extremely punctual given the late notice from the insurance company. They told me they'd be happy to meet me at my vehicle - approximately 7 miles away from my own destination and approximately 7 miles away from their location in Garden City - at 7PM. 7PM came and I called. Bill told me the driver was en route and to call him in 20 minutes if they had not shown. I was a little frustrated by this as we had schedule a time but I understand, things happen. 20 minutes came and went and I called Bill as instructed. He gave me the 20 minutes line again. I told him I was frustrated by their poor communication and lack of respect for my time. Bill didn't care or even offer an apology - he made excuses and I told him I would rather give my money to someone else. At 7:26 I called Boise Valley. At 7:58 I had paid their driver (says my card receipt) as he had my car loaded up and ready to go by that time.

(On Friday, Larry Weller said he'd at least pay any deductibles.) they refused to provide their insurance information and told me to have my agent call them. they refused to give my agent their insurance information, saying " sue me" and told him to call their attorney, but hung up without providing their attorney name. no matter who's at fault, it's customary to exchange insurance information. I wonder if their insurance has lapsed. Will add to review as incident proceeds, they have a page at the secretary of state, but not at the BBB. It's a shame I have to give them even 1 star to post my review.
