My motorhome lost transmission in McCall, Idaho; 100 miles from home. Called my Roadside Service (Good Sam) and worked with Julia to find a tow and a shop. She was great. As it turned out the only option was to call a tow company from Boise and have it towed there for repair. No cost to me. Then came B&W. It took a while, but I understood I was a hundred miles away. I want to say the drivers' name is TJ. I hope I have that right. Very likely the best driver I have ever encountered. There is many good drivers in Idaho, so it's saying a lot when you meet the best. He was calm, professional, personable and patient in effectively ensuring a correct hitch. We talked together during the entire 3 hour drive. We talked about memories as we past some sites; questions of other sites we past and just general childhood memories. It was as though we had just become friends. I commend B&W for procuring the employment of TJ and for any other driver that they have in their company that reflects the nature of a good tow driver. Almost glad I broke down. Was hired till I realized the shit show it was working for them and the way they treat there best guys... and it's NOT fat ass Sandy (even tho that's what he tells everyone)He's the biggest dick that drives a wrecker I know. he's even worse in traffic. And he's harassed one of his coworkers wife, who's majorly struggling with ppd and being in a mental wards after baby, oh and Sandy got the guys hours cut so he's only working nights so the fat ass doesn't have to do it himself. My truck broke down in the mountains at one of my residence, 2 hours from the valley and they sent a gentlemen name Mike to come save the day on Valentine's Day. He was beyond sweet and charming. Very polite explained everything he did. answered any question I had. When he dropped it off at my other location he had text me to let me know that he had locked it up and it was where I had asked him to put it. He was very professional. Our driver, Stephen Young was so helpful, caring and truly a gentleman who went over and above with our first ever RV tow! Met me first thing the next day after seeing and advising he couldn't tow our RV with the slider out, who knew? While driving to the vet, my pet ferret Archibald got out of his cage. Archie found his way up my pant leg, which led to me crashing my car into a small ditch. B&W sent out the nicest, most knowledgeable operator I've ever met. Worst tow business in Boise. The dispatcher is a complete moron and the owners are douchebags. Waited over 2 hours when I was told 45 minutes and then they never showed up. No call no show. Ended up having to call another tow company. I would highly recommend that no one use this tow service unless you are prepared to have your time wasted.
