Forgot to mention to it looks like he was been through this because he said it's not the first time so you've been worn he will keep your bike. He will keep charging you and the bike when I brought it in had 150 miles in it and when I picked it up, it had 220 miles and you can tell the bike was driven apart with scratches. Anyways here she is going through surgery they removed the plastic piece in the back tire, honestly it was an all out great experience due to Roman, he let me know about tune ups and how often they should be done and why. The labor costs were extremely reasonable and their work is top notch. I had them install a new 160mm Canfield Crankset, SRAM Bottom Bracket, adjust my brakes and lube my Infinity Link. No More Excuses Bike Repair came on time and prepared. He did a great job on the bikes and even did a couple of extra things such as tightened a few nuts/bolts/screws. He also added some green slime that I had purchased to help reduce the chances of the tires going flat in the near future! I think he is very reasonably priced especially since we don't have a vehicle that can transport bikes anywhere. Highly recommend!!!!

On the morning of 7/12/2026 I went on a bike ride from near their store on my (pedal) road bike from SB northwards on Coast Highway up to Encinitas where I noticed my wallet missing from a zippered pouch that opened up during the ride. Panic mode set in right away, so I looked on my return trip back and couldn't find it. Did the usual, by posting on Craigslist and Nextdoor. This morning I parked and walked the same route, and didn't find it. But on the way back I received a text on my LinkedIn account from Elias at San Diego Electric Bike that said he found it! I called them and it was confirmed, they had my wallet! Wow, what a relief..!! This is a prime example of HONESTY, something that needs to be commended. I left a small reward for Elias, and glad there are people like him around. That said, while my girlfriend has a (pedal) bike, she really isn't a cyclist, but I'm going to do my best to convince her to give an e-bike a try, so I'll see them if she agrees.
