I asked if I could just sit and wait for him to return while I just observed, listened and learned. They said I was welcome and offered to seat me at his stool. I went into this store to purchase a Geek Bar and the man sold me a grey one. I thought this was odd and i went to my car to try it out and turn it on and it was oddly on 75% battery, not juice. So that tells me it's already malfunctioning because as soon as i turned it on it started hitting when i wasn't pulling. I went back into the store LITERALLY 1 min later and the man ( same person ) told me he didn't sell me the product therefore i couldn't have a refund. We got into a back and forth because he was accusing me of bringing a product from a different store in but i showed him the comparisons to the real and fake vape and he started backtracking and getting the story mixed up. He told me there was nothing he can do and continued saying that it was not the one he sold me. I came back into the store because i forgot my card and he needed up grabbing another one that LOOKED real and gave me it as an exchange. But it tasted absolutely awful and was also malfunctioning. Tara is fantastic! She managed to fix the vape and showed more concern and genuine interest in trying to help me than the store I originally bought it from! Everytime ive gone into the store she has provided all kinds of useful tips and just been genuinely helpful. If i didn't live so far away, this would be the only shop I went to, and honestly, im thinking of just making the drive all the time. Worth it.
