Waited for somewhere around 15 min. Not a problem there. Watched the immature girl wait on another customer before us who came in after. Still not a big problem. Started to help another customer who just came in so I raised my hand and said "yo, I think we're next". She got a rude attitude and said sarcastically "I only asked her (the new customer) a question." As if I'm the problem! I was about to spend $100 in your store and you were ignoring me. One of the nicest hybrid business models I've seen of a Vape/glassware shop. Most places I've been where they claim to sell both will be too knowledgeable on one over the other, or will be severely lacking in products in one of the sections. Imo it's better to focus on one...unless you do it like these guys (and gals). Their shop is very clean and easy to distinguish where the gear is that you're searching for. To sum it up shortly: Glassware on the left side, vape/etc on the right side. The store is set up long-ways which gives a gallery feel, and makes for efficient use of all space in the store. If you're into glassware, this place will be a treat for you! They sell everything from name-brand glass/scientific glass, to custom one-offs by famous local glassblowers. And the best part? Prices are very reasonable! No $400/Roa r s, they have them for half that price (and genuine too). They also have tons of high quality oil rigs with the latest and greatest designs and diffusion technology (percs, etc). Definitely worth a drive here, if not MORE here than to 42 degrees. They're just way too expensive and snobby. Why deal with that when you can get it for cheaper with friendly, knowledgable staff? If you're into e-liquids and vapes, they've got most of the well known "boutique" brands such as Milkman, Cosmic Fog, Cuttwood, and much much more. They don't allow you to try them, which kinda sucks but they do let you smell them. And I've yet to come across a liquid that didn't taste like it smelled. Gear-wise, they have all the latest mods, tanks, and drippers. All surprisingly comparable to mid level online prices. When you factor in wait times and shipping, it actually might be cheaper locally! Overall, great first experience here and will be back to purchase my next glassware! read more

Man I don't know what's up with all these negative reviews but every time I have been in here, always a good experience. They have helped me acquire new rechargeable e cigarettes, have a good selection of disposables and have professional customer service and one of the few vape shops that check ID. They actually have a wall of fake id's which I found very funny but they are a serious and good business. read more

The service was so Terrible this day, I was led to write a yelp review for the first time ever!! This shop was my go place for supplies. I went inside Friday afternoon on 2/9/18 with credit card in hand to make my purchases. One guy was behind the counter speaking with the only other customer inside. That customer had already completed his purchase and the two were discussing mma fighting techniques.. Cool and no problem. I wasn't greeted, cool and no problem. The problem was I waited over 5 minutes near the section where the items I needed where located while they continued talking mma, so I left. I walked past the clerk or owner, who knows, to leave and still wasn't asked if I needed assistance. As a former franchise store owner, I'm familiar with the expenses of running a small business in a strip mall. I pass so many other similar shops all the time and will be looking for another go to place for my supplies. No problem at all guys!!! read more

I try to stop by quite often at this location and i myself have many friends who work for a vape shop as sales associates however I moved out here and this selection is very nice and great variety however when I enter I know I want to spend big money but everytime I ask question or more information on the product the workers ALWAYS seem annoyed that I'm asking questions. I spent up to $75 here one day and I needed more info but the guy is rushing me and mad I'm asking for prices when it was a pricey product as soon as I get in the car I notice he told me the WRONG info he said it was a high dosage of CBD when really all together in the pack itself of 50 edibles it totals to the milligrams of CBD, and I couldn't return or exchange (even tho I didnt complain) I just wish they were nicer and can actually create a sale with out an attitude and give me some info on these pricey items before I buy I didn't feel satisfied that day with my purchase and was even thinking of buying a CBD oil and a bong too but they guy seemed mad I was asking questions! Anyways... I'm still going to give them more chances but if I'm going to spend money here I hope they can be nicer and not expect the. customers to already know all about the products .. that'd why we need them because they work there.
