Wonderful tiki tour experience! We booked this excursion for my sister's bachelorette and the staff was fantastic! Carson, Greg, and Jeff were personable and kind. The bathroom was clean and they provided ice and cups. There are stools and benches to provide ample, comfortable seating. We brought our own drinks and snacks which made the experience even better. We hooked up our phones to their speakers and were able to chat and dance. As an awesome bonus, they had a microphone and karaoke system--if you book with them, you should ask Carson to sing with you! I highly recommend this business! You should absolutely check them out!

We planned a Tiki Tour for sunset for our friends bachelorette weekend and I am so happy that we planned this! The staff was amazing and so much fun, Tony our captain was a gem and was ready to party with us and the deckhand was also a blast. The boat took off from the dock in the heart of town and we were off on a beautiful 75 min ride. I highly recommend the sunset sail at 8pm it was absolutely beautiful to see the sunset on the lake. The music was going the drinks were flowing and the fun was just getting started. I like that you are in control of the music so the experience was really customized to your liking. You are responsible for your drinks and food which is also a plus in my eyes for really being able to control the experience. We were joined by another bachelorette party that was super fun and we really enjoyed mingling with the other girls and ultimately had one big bachelorette party on the water! We had a conga line that the captain Tony even took part in! I will absolutely come back and do this again!

This is an absolute must when visiting Lake George. First, the captain and crew, the OG and Eve, are amazing. Eve is super run and outgoing and is just ready to party. The views are amazing and if you're interested in local history, they have all the information. If you'd rather just sit back and relax and enjoy the views, they are there for that as well. We went twice during our stay, thats how amazing it was. Highly recommend.

We booked a Tiki Tour on Lake George for my friend's bachelorette party (group of 9) and we loved it! Our captain was funny and personable, and made sure we always had a drink in our hand. He stopped the boat at the perfect location for photos. There's also a bathroom on board which is a nice perk if you're drinking. We got stuck in rain storm at the tail end of our trip, and got soaked but we made the best of it and the captain let us stay on board a little longer until everything cleared. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend!

We rented the Tiki Tour boat for our friend's 1st Bachelorette event and it was an amazing time. The owners were sweet, accommodating and we were never empty handed with our drinks! All I know is after we left, we wanted to go right back and spend a longer time on the boat!! I hope to do it again sometime soon!! Thanks for for the fun!!!

A fun way to spend a day on Lake George. Evie and her husband the captain were filled with enthusiasm from the moment we boarded the boat. There was a great sound system and they allowed us to manage the music. we brought drinks and snacks and Evie made sure our glasses were full the entire time. We had a fun group and by the time we left the dock many were singing along and dancing. my suggestion is bring your fun and something to drink. If you are looking for a low key time this isn't for you but I don't think that's many who want a tiki tour. Happy there was a bathroom on board as well. ps.... boat took the waves with ease.

I highly recommend Tiki Tours. We had a great time cruising Lake George with Captain OG and Evy. They were so energetic, friendly, an fun. They played great music and shared tidbits about Lake George. The cruise is BYOB. I can't wait cruise again!

My sisters and myself had a girls weekend and we loved the tiki cruise on Lake George for a couple of reasons there's a maximum of 12 people love that, very clean, the ship captain and the deckhand were fabulous loved Anthony he's the best in the land and can't wait to do it again. Also no it's BYO and you can bring cheese crackers and any snacks you want as well

Great staff, fantastic communication. We recently took a tour on Lake George, NY. We were a larger group & there were lots of questions I left 2 voicemails & emails. My calls & emails were returned promptly. The tour was so much fun & the captain and Candy were super friendly. We waited before boarding the tiki boat while it was fully sanitized & cleaned. Great fun!

Needing an escape from the mundane, we booked Tiki Tours. Captain Dylan and Cooper whisked us away to paradise, making us feel like we were miles away from Lake George. It was a smooth, super fun ride with beautiful views, great music, and an amazing atmosphere. This tour is BYOB(and food), so make sure you bring some tropical drinks and snacks for your cruise. We're definitely booking again!

This morning, Waterfront sent me an email telling me the cruise was "cancelled." They also claimed to have tried contacting me via email and phone. Both claims from Waterfront are lies. I checked Waterfront's own website after receiving the email and the cruise I booked was sold out. I then called to inquire and was told they scheduled an event, so I was essentially kicked off and completely disregarded. I've attached pictures as proof. We went out on the Adirondack and the boat was large enough for all the patrons on board but by far it seemed that the best seats on board were on the upper level. The lower levels were challenging to see the fireworks because most of the windows didn't open and the best option for seeing was to go outside to the staircase. Even there the roof overhead made for difficult viewing. There are other options in the area for viewing fireworks by boat and we would most likely try a different boat- either with this company or another in the same area. All of the staff were friendly and made getting on and off rather easy.

When we boarded the boat our first stop was to get gas....our Captain Tom had not even filled the boat with gas prior to our arrival which cut into our paid time. NOT ONCE - did Tom ask us where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do. Zero stars for customer service. The water on Lake George is beautiful and all we wanted to do was anchor down at some point and swim in the water, hang out on our floats and drink. Tom took us about an hour and 45 minutes into the lake, 3.5hrs of total commute time, which allowed us only about an hour of our own water time. On the way home, after drinking for a few hours on the boat, we asked if he could stop for a moment so a few of us could hop off the boat to pee. He told us to hold it. When we explained it was urgent he said he would pull over at the next island (20 minutes away). Tom then proceeded to right past the island without warning as if we wouldn't notice. We finally had to repeatedly ask him to stop until he did. Tom also slammed on his breaks at one point, flooding the floor of the boat and completely soaking our personal items in order to tell someone they needed to move. Which is something he could've just asked politely for. Although a safe Captain, I really couldn't believe how bad Tom was as a host.

I was part of a group of 8 Veterans looking to take a tour and refused service on the grounds of "insurance" not covering a dog and getting in the way if there was an emergency. I explained my dog (who regularly flys on US and International airlines) is well trained and stays under my control; and explained the ADA requirement to which "Tom" replied he can't even bring his own dog on the boat. I agreed to disagree and confirmed through the US Dept of Justice ADA hotline that "insurance" is not a valid reason and a service dog is not considered to not pose a threat to health and safety. The discriminatory practices of this business and particularly against Disabled Veterans should not be supported by anyone's patronage. If there concerned about a service animal being an obstacle to safety then obviously anyone with mobility or vision issue would equally not be accommodated I imagine. I will be filing a complaint with the Dept of Justice and NY State to see these discriminatory practices resolved.
