We had an amazing time with Luke from Devocean Watersports. We felt comfortable with him. He gave tips along the way for becoming a better driver and he was just a pleasant individual. I felt safe taking my 13 year old with me on the ski. It was worth the cost and I will certainly be back next summer.

I rode a Jet Ski for the first time with Devocean. I went for the afternoon tour ride with Matt as our guide. He was very friendly and helpful, especially when I accidentally threw my gf off the jet ski. He showed us some spots of historical significance, where you can go cliff jumping, and some nice spots to hike. Honestly, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it. When I come back to Lake George, I will definitely use them again :)

We had an amazing experience with Captain Kris! He was very knowledgeable and had some funny jokes. The tour was four hours long and we were able to do some fun activities. Some of the activities included cliff diving, paddle boarding and swimming as well as sightseeing and learning some amazing facts. Everyone was so nice and very professional. Captain Kris made us feel safe and secure and he definitely went the extra mile when it came to my 8 year old son.

We did a 3 hour pontoon boat ride with Captain Kris. From the southern end of Lake George up past Bolton Landing. Captain Kris showed us the sights as we enjoyed a relaxing cruise. We saw cliffs up past assembly point to the beautiful Sagamore Hotel. Highly recommend them

We signed up for a jet ski tour this past weekend. Neither of us had driven one and were both a bit unsure what to expect. Tom, however, did a great job of laying out the groundwork and ground "rules" so everyone knows what to expect and make sure a fun time was had by all! Our tour included ourselves and two others, all more or less beginners and with age ranges from 30 to 65+! He was very conscientious about each rider's strengths, weaknesses, and concerns and made sure that each was accommodated as best as possible. Despite our all being newbies, we still managed to cover nearly 20 miles in the hour & a half of exploring the lake - and the that includes occasional stops for riding tips and/or lake trivia. All in all, if one is considering taking a tour - I'd reccomend it! You won't be disappointed.

    Jet Ski Tour, Lake George

The Jet Ski tour was the highlight of our trip to Lake George. Tom was a great guide and a lot of fun. First timers on jet skis and we had a blast. Worth every penny.

10/10. Amazing experience! 1st time trying wake boarding and TOM was an excellent coach. TOM was motivating, patient, and made my mother and I feel so comfortable in/on the water. I would recommend to anyone. I will definitely be returning again in the future!

Tom took me, my dad, and my sister out on the jetskis and absolutely KILLED it. We had a great time out there, and even when the weather started getting rough Tom got us through it. You're in good hands here!

We had a fantastic time jet skiing with our Devocean guide, Matt. We ended up covering more than 30 miles of Lake George. It was a blast!

The cruise is dog friendly too, that was important for us, because our mini-poodle wanted to go. Reading many negative reviews concerning the crew, but we thought they were friendly & very professional. The Captain is proud native of the area. We'd recommend this shoreline cruise to any First Timers to Lake George. But basically, it's the kind of activity you do once, One & Done.

The first deck was overcrowded making exit in case of an emergency nearly impossible and producing a disaster. The first deck was very cold despite being advertised as heated. Only the crowd did anything to warm up the room. The price of $50 per person was overly expensive and we were unaware, until boarding, that it included food and entertainment at the restaurant on land. We were not interested and would have preferred a two-tier price structure. Also, the window flaps were filthy and we could barfely see outside. I will not book with you again.

When we boarded the boat our first stop was to get gas....our Captain Tom had not even filled the boat with gas prior to our arrival which cut into our paid time. NOT ONCE - did Tom ask us where we wanted to go or what we wanted to do. Zero stars for customer service. The water on Lake George is beautiful and all we wanted to do was anchor down at some point and swim in the water, hang out on our floats and drink. Tom took us about an hour and 45 minutes into the lake, 3.5hrs of total commute time, which allowed us only about an hour of our own water time. On the way home, after drinking for a few hours on the boat, we asked if he could stop for a moment so a few of us could hop off the boat to pee. He told us to hold it. When we explained it was urgent he said he would pull over at the next island (20 minutes away). Tom then proceeded to right past the island without warning as if we wouldn't notice. We finally had to repeatedly ask him to stop until he did. Tom also slammed on his breaks at one point, flooding the floor of the boat and completely soaking our personal items in order to tell someone they needed to move. Which is something he could've just asked politely for. Although a safe Captain, I really couldn't believe how bad Tom was as a host.

I was part of a group of 8 Veterans looking to take a tour and refused service on the grounds of "insurance" not covering a dog and getting in the way if there was an emergency. I explained my dog (who regularly flys on US and International airlines) is well trained and stays under my control; and explained the ADA requirement to which "Tom" replied he can't even bring his own dog on the boat. I agreed to disagree and confirmed through the US Dept of Justice ADA hotline that "insurance" is not a valid reason and a service dog is not considered to not pose a threat to health and safety. The discriminatory practices of this business and particularly against Disabled Veterans should not be supported by anyone's patronage. If there concerned about a service animal being an obstacle to safety then obviously anyone with mobility or vision issue would equally not be accommodated I imagine. I will be filing a complaint with the Dept of Justice and NY State to see these discriminatory practices resolved.
