The meat is always well-marinated, flavorful, and grilled just right. I usually order the Fiesta Plate, which comes with a sparerib, short rib, grilled chicken thigh, chicken kelaguen, a hot dog, red rice, potato salad, and a side of fina'denne. It's a HUGE portion and feeds me more than once. The servings are generous and I recall only one time I was slightly disappointed when my sparerib was on the smaller end (it was one of the end pieces and you get only one in the meal). If you're in the area and love grilled bbq and vinegar and soy flavors, this is the next spot to try.
