I debated between the torta and the tacos, but since this was our first date, I played it safe and ordered the carne asada tacos. At $3.25 each, they're street taco-sized in theory, but the mountain of perfectly seasoned carne asada spilling out of them told a different story. I actually had to ask for a fork just to finish what escaped onto the tray. The tacos came loaded with fresh cilantro and red onions and tasted far more gourmet than their humble appearance suggested. The red and green salsas were both excellent, but the real star was their pico de gallo-style salsa. It had a slightly fermented tang that instantly reminded me of kimchi, and I found myself putting it on everything. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Next time, I'm skipping the internal debate and going straight for the torta.

They have grilled chicken (pieces or whole), tortas, sopes, burritos, tacos, churros, nachos, huaraches, tostadas, birria ramen, quesabirria, pizza birria, menudo, mulitas, asada fries and ribs. Meat choices include lengua, asada, pastor, buche, birria, pollo, cabeza, and chorizo. You can find them on Craig and Simmons. In the same parking lot as Chevron and Lucky 7's bar. They're grilling meat on site so you can them hot and fresh and it smells delish! I got their 3 birria taco combo that comes with garnish and consommé. Tender meat that's flavorful on its own. Dip it in the consommé and it's just absolutely amazing! Service was friendly and fast. They are proud of the food they serve and it shows. Pricing is very reasonable.

I have not tried any of those yet. During the day you'll find lovely ladies that are helping you at night and I find that it's usually the same guys helping you every night. All the staff that I've seen has been very friendly and very welcoming and eager to assist. It's just a taco truck right next to the Arco gas station. Can't miss it, big red truck. Sometimes there is a wait especially if you come during peak hours, but usually they can get your order in and out within about 10 minutes. They do have a rewards club that you can join. It's 1 point for every seven dollars that you spend. And then sometimes you'll also get text specials and freebies which I enjoy. I think that the food here has a lot of value and it's good portions. Don't miss out on the taco Tuesday special which has two dollar tacos. That way you get to try a few different kinds of tacos.

It literally was high piled with cut up bbq chicken drizzled in bbq sauce. It was so much food that I was not able to eat the whole plate that night and had to save some for later and then some. I used Lisa Marie's Catering service for my baby shower. She had made baked ziti that was full of sausage and flavor. To go along with the main course she had made a delicious salad with olives, peppers, croutons with a dressing; similar to olive gardens salad. Also, to go with both the baked ziti and salad, she had rolls and made a homemade garlic and chives butter to spread on them. It was to die for, my guests kept going for seconds, thirds and even fourths. For dessert she made a white cakes with black and pink zebra print on the inside and the outside is covered and decorated with a marshmallow fondant that could fulfill anyone's sweet tooth! She didn't stop there at the food and desserts. She also made a homemade lemonade. Lisa did a fabulous job with my baby shower and everyone at my party had positive feedback about her catering. First let me say that I had a lot of special requests for this caterer. She provided my daughter and I with specialty vegan foods and still created every dish necessary for the rest of the group that were non-vegan. Everything was supplied by the caterer. I did not have to lift a finger. Her pricing was fair and the best part is her dishes were exactly what I ordered. The food tasted amazing and couldn't have been fresher!! Our event started at 7:00 am and the food needed to be ready then so our employees could eat, enjoy and get back to their work. Iggy worked with me to create a menu (that included special items not found on the website menu) that he felt, from his experience, would satisfy our employee demographic. There was great communication prior to the event, he showed up on time with everything as promised and best of all, the food was unique and delicious at a reasonable price. We would definitely invite them back!
