I am new to Atlanta, so visit as many as 3 church services every Sunday searching for Divine inspiration & wonderful fellow Christians (THE ONE AND ONLY RELIGION STARTED BY A PROVEN GOD!). Keep feeling myself drawn back to 3 churches, including NPCC. NPCC is unique for having a very dynamic, sincere and magnetic pastor, brilliant sermons, excellent music, a big Auditorium that is very full with lots of beautiful happy adults of all ages in the audience, even more beautiful and happy children in fun rooms with wonderful leaders built around the massive Auditorium. And a sense of the Divine in almost every child & adult I observed & had contact with. Excellent, friendly outside crew efficiently directing you to open parking spaces when arriving & safe exits following the service. (This is more unusual than a great leader). During the last 8 months, I have lived in 4 States from Wyoming (my home) to Atlanta where I luckily own some nice houses. And I will be returning here often. I have not missed at least one church service (sometimes several) every Sunday since - God spoke to me twice - in a very normal male voice that just sounded like a 40 year old friend (I think He recognized His personal intervention was the ONLY way I would have any hope of living with Him in Heaven (wherever that is...)! Until then, I may have attended a church service 3-10 times a year for Easter, Christmas... (I had His invisible presence on an invisible horse riding next to me as I grew up on huge ranches. So why did I need to attend a church?). Now I know. And when I did attend, I was driven to select special churches with good people and great Pastors/Priests! North Point is one of THE VERY BEST I have ever experienced! Attending events there, joining with good people and being inspired by Godly leadership is memorable & life changing!

They have people to assist if you don't know where to go into the sanctuary for service. The sanctuary is huge like a stadium. You could sit up close near the platform, in the middle, on the sides or a the top away. I like to come early so I can select my seating. They do have ushers who will direct you to a seat according to the size of your family or by yourself. They are also friendly and helpful too. The praise and worship is great. Songs originated by their ministry team can be song or songs by popular Christian artists song, but the songs will be rooted in the Word(Bible). I love that pastors or ministers preach the word from the Bible. They have it on the screens for you to follow or you use the You Version Bible app to follow along, which is the best! Communion is given out on first Sunday, but if led to give on another Sunday they will do so. This church is not a religious church, but about a relationship with Jesus. It is non-denominational. Men's Day, Usher's Day, Children's Day, Deacon's Day, Pastor's Day, Fund-raising Days, etc. This is not meant to be harsh and I am trying to be very careful with my words as it relates to God's houses of Worship. We are not into celebrating "Days" . Our preference is simplicity... worship and grow with all emphasis, glory and honor to HIM. I grew up Baptist all my life but have been Non-Denominational for many years now. Everyone is different as are our worship styles. This appears to be a thriving church and may appeal to many. What you will find are people helping people , sermons that teach God's word , music that serves God (yes,it rocks) and a willingness to except people as they are . You will find people clothing others , feeding others , warming others , and teaching others . It's not like other churches , it's real ! I've been to a lot of "suit and tie" churches , where everyone is in expensive clothes and gold watches and think they are the way . God said "you will know them by their fruit" they bare none .

This ministry enables special needs kids to take part in Sunday school, children's worship, and AWANA while their parents are able to take part in adult worship and Sunday school without having to worry how their child is doing. For those kids who are unable to handle being in Sunday school or worship, they have a special needs room for them. The church also provides respite once a month for special needs families. Imagine a date night with your spouse without having to worry about childcare! Wonderful. I also enjoy their Ladies' bible studies and other ladies' programs. It is definitely a family oriented and friendly place. The first Sunday of the month, they have family first Sunday which enables the entire family to worship together in "big" church. The pastoral staff is great. I always feel welcome and loved.
