Plus, the trailer was located in Carson City, NV, and I'm located in SoCal. So, I sent out a few requests for estimates through Yelp, and Ricardo was one of the first to respond. I explained the scope of the project, and he said he could do it and had completed two other RVs in the past. He was very accommodating with his schedule to meet me at the trailer for the estimate. He and his crew were very professional; they took measurements quickly and suggested I use a different type of flooring (so glad we did) and even referred me to Landmark Flooring (also great). He quoted a very reasonable price and said it would take one day. On installation day he brought a crew of two other people and arrived on time. Carson City had triple-digit heat that day. Due to the chemicals they used, they had to keep the doors open the entire time, which meant the AC never had a chance to cool the trailer sufficiently. That didn't stop them. They worked tirelessly until almost 730 pm that evening. Ricardo always had a smile on his face and a calm and professional demeanor. The work they did was fantastic! They were very detail-oriented and left the place cleaner than when they came. He explained everything they did and asked if I had any questions - very professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they did and I highly recommend them for any flooring job big or small.

This is a much overdue review. Ian did an amazing job installing our hardwood flooring in our home…read morein Truckee! We have used Ian twice, once in late 2019 for our original hardwood flooring install, and again in August of 2023. In 2019, we had a very positive impression of Ian early-on, just by the initial planning we saw him do for the floor layout, and it only improved from there. He told us about the known issues with the milling on the brand of flooring we selected (some pieces had varying widths and a few boards even tapered from one end to the other). He recognized the issue and knew how to sort the wood and handle the variation. (We don't want to even think about how the floor would have turned out with another installer without Ian's experience and diligence!) Because of the issues with the wood, the installation took longer than estimated. However, instead of rushing to get done on schedule and move-on to the next job, Ian took his time to make sure everything was done right, beginning to end. The results are amazing, and you should see the precise cuts around our river rock fireplace. We are truly impressed! It was so refreshing to see someone still taking genuine pride in their work, and deliver exceptional quality in today's construction world. Doing it right, even if it means taking longer on a fixed bid. He was the bright spot in an otherwise very stressful remodel. We are so happy that Ian of Metrik Flooring installed our flooring! Fast forward to 2023, when we unfortunately suffered water damage. We did not hesitate to contact Ian and had him install hardwood flooring for us again. Not liking this I asked a family friend who he uses for his rental properties. He recommended these guys and I'm glad he did. I got a quote the next day, and I live way out of town slightly past Spanish Springs. Their prices are better then the box store and they were knowledgeable on what would look good and work best for a rental. Never did they try to up sale which was nice! Next best thing is they showed up when they said they would and did a really good job. Can't even tell anyone was here as there was zero mess. I will be doing business with only this company in the future.

This place is amazing. Not only are they competitive in pricing, they are knowledgeable in there products and help guide you to the right choice for your needs. They came to my home with samples. Helped me pick the right style and beat all the competitors pricing, including Costco. FYI they sell the same flooring as Costco, very good quality material. I just for reference, I stopped by at 11am on a Thursday, they were at my house at 1130 and ready to install the next day. Locally owned and operated. Great people!!!!! Great products!!!!!
