I have a little dog who has peed, pooped and puked all over my carpet and there isn't one trace of anything left. She is actually back to "going" were she is supposed to. I highly recommend Max, he is so nice, courteous and hard working. He offered to move all the smaller pieces of furniture that I had put in my bathroom, back to where they were supposed to go. Now THAT is going above and beyond as far as I am concerned. The carpets were dried in an hour, no chemical smell, just nice and clean. I will definitely call Max again!

I'm having to drive up from the South Shore to Danvers for some of the tiles. Apparently they don't to store-to-store transfers? Also the order pickup area's staff isn't super professional. They picked our order and were riding the warehouse palette jack, screwing around, which caused a few of our boxes to topple order. We're relieved nothing was damaged but I wonder what OSHA would have to say about that. Also why does the staff here never, ever, ever pickup the phone? We tried calling the store over a dozen times for a quick question, over the course of a few days, and nobody ever picked up...
