I am supposedly on auto-fill, yet my tank has only been auto filled one time(In January & February 2024). The last fill was less than 25 days after the previous fill, when they sneaked onto my property to fill my tank without my consent, nor did I request a re-fill and for this visit, I was charged $800. Mind you, I live in Los Angeles County and it doesn't get very cold here. How the heck did I use $800 worth of propane in less than a month? I'm barely home for more than 9 hours a day 5 out of 7 days and only use the propane to cook and shower! I just recently ordered a re-fill (so much for auto-fill) and was told that delivery would be the 29th which is 14 days from today. I canceled my service and told them not to ever com back to this property again. On top of them charging almost double what other companies charge and by far being the most expensive company, they use underhanded tactics, like sneaking onto your property and forcing propane on you whether you order it or not. I'm so over this! If I had a choice as a renter who to order propane from, I would have switched almost two years ago. After finally purchasing a home, I will make sure that I go with the most reliable company. I don't mind paying more if I'm getting great service when I need it, but Ferrell takes the cake being the most underhanded, low-down, dirty dealing company I have ever encountered. A word of advice, if you have a choice, DO NOT PICK Ferrell Propane. If you're a renter that leases a Ferrell propane tank, consider asking your landlord to swap out the tank to a more economical provider. You'll save yourself a lot of money and heartache.
