The communication stopped once they were done…read more We had a drainage issue that was discovered from all the dirt being moved, our yard is all clay and during the landscaping laying of the sod I was told before they lay it down they would slop the yard away from the pool/house and it wasn't I have uneven grass all over the yard. I had to dig a 75' French drain and hope for the best I was told by PP they weren't going to help me out with the drain. PP was referred to me and I wished I did my due diligence and had a couple of more quotes. In the end I will not be doing any future business with them. My yard is a work in progress.

Also did very shoddy work which caused my drainage to be blocked causing my back yard to flood destroying the work we paid him to do..... he was called when this happened ensuring me he'd be over on my day off to help fix the issue. He calls my wife the next day to back out. He didn't deliver on a water feature, a fire pit or mulching the flower beds....that were the finishes on this project. When approached about a refund as he was paid for these projects in 2 installments he has refused stating the project was done in his opinion. I have tried having conversations with him to right this issue & just doesn't want to take ownership for what's taken place..... which is unfortunate. As he has been supplied photos documenting where he left off on July 26th the day after the plants were put in & my yard flooded. 2 bags of hardened concrete left in my run off, tools laying everywhere, wheel barrow sitting in 2ft of water, front yard destroyed, pallets left in my neighbors yard whose the head of the HOA, piles of dirt left to kill my lawn out back, these repairs cost my thousands to fix.

When we closed on our home and had the chance to really look at the pool, it was covered in grime, clearly hasn't been maintained and cleaned weekly, as they had been paid $250 a month to do, and there were multiple broken and non working parts that would have been noticed had they actually been showing up and doing what they were paid well to do. We gave the owner, Kenny, another week to come back, replace what was broken and not working and clean our pool and check the chemicals for our weekly maintenance that was already prepaid for. He was due on Thurs and never showed up. No call/no show. We graciously waited an extra day and when he didn't show up again today and refused to answer multiple calls or texts, we sent a letter of dismissal and requested our last month's payment of $250 to be refunded to us. I can't stress enough how much I'd stay away from this illegitimate company. Save yourself the time and frustration and hire a company that will actually work hard and not steal from you. Unfortunately, he tried to play the wrong people and we will be taking him to court if he refused to reimburse us.

Once the sale was complete we got good service for about a year, then no returned emails or texts and a full voicemail box. Their "nationally certified chemists" looked like high schoolers that broke 5 pool lights, 5' of spa coping, the display panel to the control panel and a drain cover. They left the fill hose running in the pool all day and didn't tell us (which we luckily found that evening) and don't have service reports letting you know how the pool was treated (or when to stay out of it) The last line was that they didn't bill us for the monthly fee for 1.5 years but then sent us a $5700 bill. Both of us thought the other was paying, but when we went to cancel the service we realized we had not been paying at all. So the office staff is as bad as the customer service.
