I complained to my insurance company and they contacted him twice to find out why the estimate and repair had not even started. I asked the owner why he didn't call me to tell me if it would be later and he told me I could have called him! Told him it's his job to call me if/ when he is delayed. They finally got it repaired after ELEVEN WWEEKS AND FOUR DAYS,!!! The owner had LIED to me at least three times during this time. Even though they did a decent job on my truck I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Three months is way too long and is unacceptable especially given the fact that rental cars are way too expensive.

I also scanned the QR code, so that our next wash will be free as well (each person can scan and redeem once). The attended took care to spray the front bumper off thoroughly, which was appreciated because we were on a road trip. IYKYK! I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future.
