I checked back with them 5 weeks later and it hadn't been touched. Was told the owner went on vacation to Colorado. ReturnEd again after 6 weeks and still no estimate given to my insurance company. I complained to my insurance company and they contacted him twice to find out why the estimate and repair had not even started. I asked the owner why he didn't call me to tell me if it would be later and he told me I could have called him! Told him it's his job to call me if/ when he is delayed. They finally got it repaired after ELEVEN WWEEKS AND FOUR DAYS,!!! The owner had LIED to me at least three times during this time. Even though they did a decent job on my truck I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Three months is way too long and is unacceptable especially given the fact that rental cars are way too expensive.

I was not able to pack, and their packing service was perfect. None of my items were broken during transit and she taught me how to be thoughtful about packing in the future. Her service was so affordable I'll likely call her to pack me any time I move again. Overall I really appreciated my service. My wife inherited her dad's 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and it had a broken rear license plate panel…read more(was taped on to keep from losing it) and a loose right rear door gasket. Truscelli's was able to find an identical panel (same exact color and year) and replace it. Saved some money by not having to paint it. Great value. Also attended to the door gasket.
