All I can say is this place has delicious donuts and bagels. We stopped in here one morning and had a fresh toasted bagel with cream cheese and an apple cinnamon doughnut both were fresh and so delicious and I can tell you that the price is beyond reasonable it was under three dollars for both items and they were large also. Tim Hortons was yummy as usual. But my first experience with ColdStone Creamery yesterday was not good. Their service was bad and the product was not good. Majority peanut butter and no ice cream. Throw is away after 3 bites. And I've never thrown ice cream away in my life!! Peanut butter cup perfection was what I ordered and it was not good. Had a 9 hour drive ahead of me. This is my first and last time trying Tim hortons. Being from the south I've never had the pleasure of trying this so as you can imagine I was thrilled to be here. Upon entering the place was extremely nice the pastries looked delicious. The menu was very vague so I looked at timhortons.com and the full menu was there I saw a beverage called the caramel dream latte that seems delicious so I ordered it. The lady who rung me out didn't really know what that drink was which kind of surprised me but she entered something in. About a minute later Barb (remember that name because she is the reason you guys are getting a one star review) said caramel latte is ready I asked her is this mine? And her response "well is that what you ordered" super rude anyways it gets worse the coffee was disgusting it tasted burnt / old so I asked her if they'd remake it for me for something else. Barb begins to tell me the drink I ordered isn't real and has never heard of it I showed her it came from timhortons.com. She continued to give me extremely sarcastic / rude remarks I'll add some sugar to your drink maybe you'll drink it then as you can imagine that was beyond frustrating. The supervisor came to the rescue and immediately apologized for Barb's behavior issued a refund and made me her favorite drink which was super tasty!! I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she was sweet & deserves a raise, but barbs lack of customer service / empathy was truly disappointing. -- I've changed the review to 3 stars because of how well management handled the situation. Again the supervisor Paige was INCREDIBLE and handled the situation extremely well so again major kudos and I spoke to a manger this morning named chase who truly apologized for the situation and made things right. I've been here exactly once, and never again. Pastries were stale and coffee overpriced and tasted like it'd been on the burner all day. I came here because I needed wifi in a hurry to complete a task for a client, so I came with my laptop in hand, ready to work - guess what, wifi doesn't work, and staff tells me it hasn't worked for weeks and they don't know when it will. Nice. Staff could be overheard arguing and insulting their employer, stating how the place sucks and they'd never work there again. I was beyond disappointed. Recommendation: Go up the road towards town - across from the Wendy's restaurant is a shopping center with a Biggby Coffee shop - stop there instead. They don't have a drive through, but they have reliable wifi, awesome coffee products that are always fresh and great side items too. The staff is incredibly friendly - always! read more

I've been to this Tim Hortons many times. Unlike the other reviewers, I have never had coffee poured on me or my children or been told that they were closing. In fact, they were kind and polite. That kindof makes me feel like I've been missing out. read more

If I could rate this a zero I would. I have been to this location many times and every time I go in there, they are always out of multiple items; either in the cold stone part or tim Hortons part. Today we went in to get a grilled cheese and they were OUT OF BREAD!!! This is very disappointing. Their customer service is also not the best. I made a mistake of going through a drive through at this establishment today for iced coffee. my daughter was driving the van and she had her 9 month old Son in his carseat behind her. we ordered our coffee at the drive thru and had to repeat the order no less than 3x for the person to make two iced coffees. we pulled up to the window and I gave the cashier my debit card which she swiped and charged me for the coffees I never got a receipt back from her but just decided oh well. now another worker walks up to the window and passes out the first day's coffee which was black and there was supposed to be extra sugar in it and there was no sugar. as the worker was trying to make the second iced coffee my daughter said excuse me there's no sugar in this ice coffee. the person said to her i am the manager and I put 5 sugars in there and I stirred it up and that's why you can't see any sugar so I decided to take a sip of the coffee and of course there was no sugar in it. we asked her she would please make another coffee correctly so that I could have my ice coffee the way I like it and she handed us two packets of sugar and said do it yourself. my daughter then said to her are you really not going to make a new coffee and she said no I'm not you don't even know how to order your coffee correctly. at this point we no longer want this coffee so my daughter goes to hand the coffee back through the drive thru window and this worker probably takes the coffee and throws them into the vehicle with a nine month old in the backseat. I told my daughter this is not what we need just drive away and I will call headquarters because I want at least my money back let alone let them know about the assault we just experienced their franchise. a person by the name of Chris took the initial complaint and he said this is horrible they don't treat customers this way he is so sorry and he will have a district manager call me back immediately. 2 hours later I still had not received a phone call from anyone. I called headquarters back and got a different person this time who assured me they were looking for Chris as he was the one who took the initial complaint. after waiting for quite some time she came back on the phone and told me she couldn't find chridand what it happened? again I explain the whole incident to this other person who was full of apologies and stated someone would call me back within an hour. it is now going on 6 hours and I have received a phone call from no one. I have taken pictures of the vehicle with all the coffee on it and I am calling my credit card company to stop payment for these coffees. I will never ever visit one of these establishment again as I'm a 60 year old woman and has never been treated this way before from a franchise and especially from the corporate end of this business. I am completely appalled by this whole experience. read more
