Time for this place to call it a day. I have made multiple trips there and its always the same thing. Strange hours. They never have anything. Told me today they didnt have bacon did I want a discount I said no just give me the sandwich. It came with bacon on it. I have no idea where it came from and I am afraid to ask. Gave me the wrong donut even though she confirmed it - plain cake donut gave me glazed. And the boy wanted to know what I meant by the donut I asked for? DunkinDonuts it is. . Prices: Relatively expensive, but regular for a coffee shop. Large black Iced coffee and medium iced chai tea latte $10. Parking: Right off Main Street, small lot. I took the one drink back in, still did not get the expresso shot I ordered in it and received a small instead of a medium. The timbits tasted stale and not fresh for a Sunday morning. It seems like they are always closed I don't know if they just make up random hours or what . About 6 years ago they were good its the first place me and my now wife had our first date . When they are open these days goof luck getting a doughnut they are always out and the coffees are always wrong . I have only had breakfast food here and I will say the sandwiches are dry and flavorless I can't say anything about the lunch menu I haven't risked that yet . Stopped by the drive through for coffee and a croissant sandwich. Tim Hortons has been my go to coffee stop while I'm in Ashland. We've been in Ashland frequently recently as my sister in law was vey ill and at the end of her life. We needed a stop for coffee that was professional and kind. That's always been our experience here, on repeated stops, even when my husband & I were stressed and not at our best. No issues for me. Staff is friendly and helpful. Went in to ask about low sugar drinks while still having the flavor and the lady at the counter was very helpful. My mom enjoyed her coffee. They use shots, which tastes much better than Dunkin's mix to me. The interior looked clean as well which is nice. No sticky floors where you hear it peel off the bottom of your shoes. read more

This was the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I love Tim Hortons, passed a DD and went out of my way for this place. The staff was rude, drink order was wrong, Avocado toast was floppy untoasted white bread with green spread and Timbits were stale. I ordered an iced coffee with cream only. They put cream and sugar, which the rude lady at the window caught and told her fellow employee to switch however, he came back seconds later telling me it was with cream only so I tasted it and it was the same one with cream and sugar he just had tried to give me. I kind of feel cheated at life because in 35 years old and this was my first trip here. Of course we stopped while traveling back to Cleveland from Columbus. I got a large Moca and we all shared 40 donut holes. Holy amazing donuts!! The blueberry donuts holes were my favorite. The Moca was hot and delicious! Tim Hortons has fantastic doughnuts and coffee but this is specific to this location. Stopped in at 5:15 PM on Friday and they hardly had any doughnuts! Keep in mind they are open till 11:00 PM and they are a doughnut shop. Asked the person working if they had more doughnuts than what were in the case...nope! Very dissapointing. read more

I love Tim Hortons but unfortunately this location is absolute garbage. They will always get your order wrong no matter how simple, they don't toast anything even if you order it that (bagels) and they are also out of everything in the morning times, like donuts and eggs. I have been to this location plenty of times, and hope for it to be better everytime but it just keeps getting worse. As of this week (July 8th) they've been closed due to "equipment issues" per the paper taped to the drive through. My husband has talked about these for months since traveling to Canada. When I was passing through Ashland OH and saw they had one and I needed a quick but good bite to eat, I gave it a try. SUPER good. Panini was delicious, potato soup is very creamy and the coffee was good and strong. With good food and very good service, I highly recommend this Tim Horton's. read more

Been a customer for a little while now, as with most coffee shops their selection is limited. They have bagles, and sandwhiches, donuts. I mainly order a plain sesame sed bagle with cream cheese and a chai latte. They always screw up my order. They never toast the bagle right, I even pointed this out and the crewmember said it had been toasted. They apply a huge glob of cream cheese and just smash the two halves of the bagle together. This both looks sloppyand hodes the non toasted evidence. Yhe main problem is they seem to be staffed almost entirely by teens who dont care about their jobs. The chai latte isnt great either, they dont use real milk in it and the tea bag they use for the chai part is not the best quality either. They always manage to get my order wrong on this part as well. Never putting the sugar in or giving me a cold drink. The place is always clean, thoughthey seem to have issue removing dirty plates from the dumping area above the trash can. I like how clean the place is, they never seem to have sticky floors or dirty furniture. Never have used the bathroom there so dont know the state. More than likely will not be going back till they learn how to toast begales. They need to serve the two halves seperately with cream cheese applied to both sides. read more
