I'm from out of state, and I'm unfamiliar with Dunkin' Donuts, but it was fairly close by and I needed a caffeine boost, so here we are. The negatives: the coffee is not very hot. I ordered a large Americano with oat milk and French vanilla syrup. Either the oat milk wasn't warmed or the coffee just isn't kept very hot, but one of those caused my coffee to be just drinkable temperature, which dropped into lukewarm territory very rapidly. Not ideal. It was also overly sweet, but that's due to my own lack of experience with this coffee. I'll know to order less syrup next time. The positives: the avocado toast with bacon was good and the staff are really helpful. My avocado toast had a good amount of avocado spread, and lots of seasoning on top, which I appreciated. The sourdough was well-toasted, and the bacon was between crispy and chewy. I was greeted with warmth at the door and my food was served with a genuine smile. I downloaded the DD app so that I could start earning rewards, and the staff helped me to figure out the rewards details. With this kind of service, I will plan to come back each morning that I am here, warm coffee or not. read more

I ordered ahead on the app for drive thru pickup. When I arrived the line at the drive thru was quite long. When I finally got to the window they couldnt seem to find my order and came to the conclusion they had given it to someone else accidentally. At this point they then had to make my order again while myself, and all the people in line behind me, waited. Once I finally got my raspberry iced tea it was made right. They were apologetic. We just went through the drive through and the girl gave us a bag with our sugar (Splenda) in it... I guess we were supposed to finish preparing our coffees ourselves while we're driving down the road? And with no stirrers??? Then we call to see why this was, as it hadn't happened before (we've been spending $150 a month here just in coffees for the past 4 months) and the person who identified themselves as the assistant manager hung up on us. I've been coming to this dunkin since it was built, I've never had any problems. They get a kiosk system in the store and have usually around 20 people waiting with no orders on the counter. I waited 30 minutes for a sausage & cheese crossaint, only for them to tell me they're out of crossaints after giving 10 other people theirs after they ordered AFTER me. I told her twice no egg on the crossaint, I'm very allergic. I get a bagel with an egg. Do not come here, only use the drive thru if you do. This is a train wreck. read more

Slowest Dunkin I've ever been too. Off the clock employees were just walking around behind the counter making their own drinks, holding up the line. Not even on-break employees, employees coming in with their friends. Never got greeted. Then when I got up to the counter the woman on the line gave me an attitude and said they had no more meat. Went there for lunch today. Over all meal was pretty Meh. The service was great and very nice nothing against them at all. I ordered a Chicken Apple Sausage Breakfast Sandwich, It was pretty good. Tasted good and a decent size breakfast sandwich. It was steaming hot which was nice. I also ordered the Snack N' Go Chicken Wrap, it did not have much taste, and was kind of dry. It needed some kind of sauce on it. To drink i ordered a Strawberry Banana Smoothie, Their wasn't much flavor to the smoothie either. it tasted watery like the ice to flavor mixture was off. And lastly I ordered the Fudge Croissant Donut for dessert. It was delicious, filled with fudge and pretty good size. I'm pretty sure you couldn't go wrong ordering that donut. I felt their prices were a little high for what I was getting. With what I ordered my bill came to a little over $11.00 which i thought was high. On a previous visit I ordered an unsweetened Green Tea and it was pretty good. So it seems their menu may be hit or miss, I will probably go again sometime in the future and see what else they have to offer. read more

I'll admit, I wasn't super excited when Ashland got a Dunkin, because I've always been a Starbucks girl. However, now that we have one, I haven't been to Starbucks in months! Their prices are so reasonable (especially being used to Starbucks lol) and their iced coffee is amazing! They have an awesome selection of seasonal flavors at this location and their sour cream doughnut is the best thing ever. Never a long wait in the drive thru!
