I love Timmy's! Comparable to a Dunkins, but I think it has better coffee, better food and great service. I have never had a surly oder taker-they always seem so nice and happy. The coffee is smooth--not at all acidic like some places. I also love the sandwiches and the doughnuts. They don't wreck my stomach and are fresh tasting. The prices are really reasonable, less than some other chains with drive thrus. I recommend Tim's to all of my friends. read more

Went for the experience was let down by the donuts. I have never been to one before and was excited to try this since it was our first time in the area. We got a couple of donuts and a pack of Tim Bits. Not sure if we went on an off day or bad time but was not impressed with the fair. Service was great. Friendly and helpful but will have to think twice about going back for a donut. read more

The coffee was piping hot, and the TimBits were tasty, but the sandwich and hashbrowns were room temperature, at best. I bought them as takeout and walked just 25 feet to my car. There's no reason on earth that the sandwich and hashbrowns should have been so cold! They were gross. If I hadn't been in such a hurry to get to work I would've turned around and gotten my money back. It was only my second visit to the Broadway, Bangor, ME, Tim Hortons in the last three months, and the food was just as cold last time, too. Honestly, I don't know why the service is so bad. The cashier was pleasant enough, but the staff person handling my food seemed uninterested in serving me. I'm done with that TH. What a disappointing experience! The food was fine. The drinks were not. We asked for half the amount of cream in an iced Capp and it was white. Others had there's remade as well. The machine is what was said causing the issue, putting too much air. I've had iced Capps for many years and know what half cream is suppose to be. If the machine isn't working, stop selling that type of drink. read more

Tim Hortons is solid. I'm a WNYer so there on every street corner by me. Decent place for coffee, however I still prefer pastries and donuts from local bakeries over chain donuts, that's my choice however. To sum it up, good place for coffee and ill just stick with that. read more

The service at the speaker was excellent, the food was as good as ever. Where Tims got it wrong was the service at the window. I went this morning for my breakfast and when I got the window the man very sarcastically and rudely said "good morning". The tone and structure that he said it shocked me resulting in me not saying anything, smiling nervously, and handing him my card. To which he replied "cool, that's just great". He then preceded to very ineffectively and somewhat throw my food in my direction. I was nervous at the thought he might quite literally throw it at me. He then handed me back my card, rolled his eyes and again very aggressivly and sarcastically say "you know what, have a great day", I replied with a simple you too. I could visibly see him tense his jaw and say "yeah sure" and shut the window. Sir, I'm sorry you're having a bad day but that shouldn't affect how you act towards customers. If you can't be polite then don't work the window. Overall my visit was ruined by this man. read more

Great coffee that never fails. The parking lot is fairly tight but I would say my biggest problem is getting out of the parking lot on to broadway. My go-to Tim Horton's joint. Their drive thru hosts some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They simply have the best attitudes- even when working on holidays in a blizzard. Whichever guy works the morning drive thru seriously makes my day with his intense enthusiasm for serving me coffee. Thank you for your extra smile and obnoxiously (in the best way) happy voice (non-morning people beware!)! I often like to park in the small lot and go inside. The service is still just as great and they have a wonderful selection of doughnuts that look fresh and are laid out in a nice display. I am bummed this location doesn't accept the Tim Horton's App (no scanner in the franchise) and am hopeful they will change their policy soon. I have an e-gift card I am dying to use. Be sure to ask for their logo board so you can collect stamps on M or L coffees to get your 7th free! Look people, I know it's a fast food coffee/doughnut joint... I just came from this location and got a sandwich they made it incorrectly and I went in to get it done over again and I did not get an apologize for there mess up and the messed up the sandwich again for the second time! This is the absolute best Tim Horton's location anywhere! The staff is friendly and efficient and it seems like everything is always fresh. Add to this the fact that they have the only Coldstone Creamery location in the area and it makes it a "must stop" when in Bangor. read more

It really sucks that they closed all of the stores in southern New England. Bangor is a long way to drive for a great cup of coffee.
