Edo Japan - The Sushi is absolutely fresh here, my fellow yelpers!

I cannot believe the quality of their food. This little place is a "diamond in the rough" in this…read moresmall town; and the menu definitely boasts some big flavors and super fresh ingredients! Their customer service is stellar and so friendly, now back to the food. We got both the beef and chicken ramen - both were excellent in flavors with a generous portion of broth, noodles and meat. We got the kids chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki bowls. Our picky eating kids devoured their bowls in minutes. We also got the edamame beans and Gyoza dumplings both as sides and both were generous portions and freshly made. We also got the Sushilicious sushi platter(16 pieces); and every single piece was super delightful and super fresh. This came with two packets of regular Kikoman soy sauce and one packet of wasabi. For dessert we got milk tea, and two bubble tea drinks (passion fruit and mango); and again, these drinks were so fresh and refreshing! The dining hall is clean and inviting. We left here completely satisfied with the food and service. Lord willing we shall come back to this lovely town and revisit this excellent little Japanese restaurant! No regrets and no concerns here! If you like Asian food, you will love Edo Japan! Come eat here; you will not be disappointed my fellow Yelpers!

Not much for ambience, just white tables in a small, typical fast food restaurant. The staff are helpful and friendly

The dining room was not too large but was made efficient with table placement. We ordered at the counter then were assigned a table by the woman who took our order. There were a few other patrons when we arrived. Our food came out in about ten minutes. I had a double cheeseburger with onion rings and Andrew had a mushroom burger. His burger had a gray mushroom sauce on it that made the burger sloppy. Andrew enjoyed it. My burger was not your typical burger. It seems to be hand made and had some seasoning on it. It was a bit too salty and and also kind of tough. It was good though. The onion rings were typical. Business really picked up while we were there with many more customers. If I were to go back I would get the chicken finger basket. One of our co-diners had that and it looked good.

Classic cheddar cheese not just a Kraft Singles piece of plastic. I ordered the Santa Fe pizza. Loaded with huge chunks of bell peppers, chicken, sliced tomatoes, and the perfect amount of hot banana peppers. Both of us were beyond satisfied and enjoyed our meal. If you're daring or starving they have a 24 oz burger or a 18" ~ 6 lb pizza to try. The milk shakes were delicious; and if you're going to order a pizza, either order 2 or add a glass of water on the side. This is because you're going to be done your drink before your food arrives they're so good. The staff were friendly, quick to tidy the tables as they were emptying and very polite. The dining room was bright, each table painted differently and designed by someone local. Very charming. So coming back when we have time and are driving through.

Service was fantastic and very attentive, the place filled out quickly but still ensured we had quick service! Would come back! Ambiance was nice music not too pound and got to watch some curling on the T.V.s

The service was kind and efficient. With such an extensive menu, I am pretty impressed that every meal we ordered was delicious and fresh. I had the Greek chicken souvlaki and it was phenomenal. Supposedly the chef is Greek and it shows. 10/10 The burger was also a huge hit. The fries are perfectly crispy! 10/10 The cheese pizza was good. We could really taste the Parmesan and crust was thick. 8/10 The fettuccini Alfredo was creamy and a good portion. 9/10 The children also enjoyed their meals. I would return if in the area for sure!
