The Tim Hortons place is super nice All of the workers were super kind. Their food is magical.

I am DONE with this Tim Hortons. Every single time I come here, the staff is unbelievably pushy and rude, but today really took the cake. I pulled up to the drive-through around 3:40 PM, and the employee working the window was on her personal phone the entire time. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing but me sitting there listening to her personal conversation for a solid ten minutes. Not once did she take my payment or even try to be polite. To make it worse, the conversation I was forced to overhear was her arguing with (what sounded like) her boss about complaints regarding her bad attitude. Clearly, this isn't just a one-time issue -- this is a pattern, and management is clearly not doing their job. This location desperately needs a serious shake-up in leadership and better training for employees. Until that happens, I'll happily take my business elsewhere for my morning coffee. Most of the time they are out of what I'm there to order. A few days ago I Really wanted an egg and cheese biscuit. Just really craving one. Went there late afternoon one day, after 3. Was told "we are out of eggs" The next day, went there , still craving an egg and cheese biscuit, then was told "we don't serve eggs after 3:00" if the 1st day I had been told that, I would have known and went somewhere else!!!! The lack of customer service there is baffling!!! I don't know if it's poor training, or if there is just NO training. Owners obviously don't care. I've went for a bagel and been told their toaster was broken!?! Not to mention the stale doughnuts they've sold me. I've finally given up on this location. Just watched a woman while holding a dog in her left arm, scooping ice out of the giant ice machine in the back with her right hand. Often with the dog hanging over the ice bucket. How disgusting I will never be eating here. read more

I am completely understanding in the fact that places are slow due to staffing. But to wait in line without a "I'll be right with you" for 7 minutes is unnecessary. When at the window I'm told my order can't be made due to machines being down is ridiculous. I have had this happen on numerous occasions. I wish I could have rated a zero. I went through drive thru, had to ask for my change back they didn't even look at the amount of money I gave, then I go leave and my hash brown was cold as if it was not even cooked just "thawed". I went back around and told them the issue, I gave them back the hash brown, I wanted something else or a refund and wasn't give either BUT they were ignorant and BURNT an already cooked hash brown and handed it to me and closed the window. I tip at every single tim hortons and always get easy options....the only coffee I ever order is straight up espresso, and they gave me 1 shot out of a triple shot in a small coffee cup....I get a triple shot every single day I promise I know what it looks and feels like. This place is horrible. Usually when you go to a Tim Horton's, you are not sitting there saying to yourself, "Damn, this place really is different than every other one of these chain restaurants." With this location you are, albeit in a negative way. I have been to this location several times because of the convenience factor, but I regret it every single time. Before going to this location, ask yourself the following questions: Do I want something specific, though not uncommon (aka a menu item)? Do I want to have fast food service? Do I want what I ordered? If your answer to any of those questions is "Yes!" I suggest you find a different Tim Horton's location. This place is awful. Unless I am going to this location for a regular cup of coffee, I can't count on them to have any of their sandwiches in stock, or their equipment to working properly enough to prepare them. Assuming that these two requirements are met, you can expect to wait several minutes for your order to be ready. This translates to long ass lines as well. If you are lucky, you will get what you ordered. Today, I actually had the worker ask me what I ordered again, nearly giving me someone else's shit. Just as a note this location is located in a gas station for what it is worth. If this place is on your way to work or wherever you're going, then go for it, but buyer beware. read more

I've given this Tim Hortons a few chances, and this one was the last one for me. The wait was horrible (drive-thru) and there were 3 people working, which should be sufficient enough for decent service. The coffee was not fresh, and I had to go inside for my forgotten change. (A minor issue, but the final straw for me after waiting at least 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me for bad coffee.) This morning I ordered a large coffee with double cream and sugar.. two chocolate donuts and a small hot chocolate. I received no receipt and he questioned the change three times. There were no do nuts ready. I ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. He forgot to give us the coffee. When I commented about the coffee.. he handed me a cup.. I asked if this coffee had double sugar and cream.. he replied " I dont know .. I finally had to write a review. Today i went to this location, pulled up to the speaker and asked what sort of soup they had, it was cold and i had a craving. The girl speaking on the headset i could tell was either new or getting trained b.c. i heard a voice behind her on the speaker feeding her lines while i ordered. I looked at the board after they did not have a soup of interest and decided to get a steak and cheddar grilled sandwich, a number 10 but just the sandwich, another woman came over the speaker different then the first 2 asking me what i wanted. I told them again. She told me my price was 6.09. I pulled up to the window and said "the sign says 3.89, how is it 6.09?" A new woman comes to the window and asked if there was a number next to it, i told her a number 10. She replied "well i think ur ordering off the breakfast menu"....um im ordering off whatever menu is there. She leaves and another woman comes to the window and asks what i want. I tell her "the steak and cheddar grilled sandwich" ( it is exactly what it says in the menu) and she said " do you want egg?" I daid "no i want the steak and cheddar that has the peppers and onions". She replied "oh you want the fajita"... at this point i was hungry and tired and just said okay. The first girl came back to the window to take payment, the one i think was training, and she apologized foe the confusion. I told her it was completely fine, after all she was very kind to me. Next thing i know another woman is handing me a hot panini sandwich out the window with napkins wrapped around it. I dont get a bag? Heck even subway and jimmy johns give you a bag. I love their breakfast sandwiches. If you like spicy try their jalapeno biscuit. It is beyond fantastic. My son is crazy about the Timbits, which of course are also good. This one is a new location inside the Citgo station so it's very easy and convenient to grab and go when I'm in a hurry. read more

This is the worst Timmy's around. They only get your order right 1 out of 5 times. They're rude and lazy. Today I was standing at the counter at 5:27 the lobby opens at 5:30. Their clock said 5:30. The lazy little prick told me the lobby didn't open till 6. And that I needed to hit the drive thru. Oh and to top it all off they discontinued the maple donuts. This is the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been too. Although it is right off the freeway and they are sitting on a "gold mine", this place truly sucks!! First, if you are an early riser for work, you MUST be prepared to be late if you stop here for a coffee!! Almost every morning, a single coffee takes me approximately 10 minutes....wtf??? They are supposed to open the inside at 5:30am, but this hardly ever happens. If I was the owner, I'd do someone surveillance at this time and see how much money you're losing in the morning. Also, even if you get your coffee, forget about getting the food order right, especially if you want a pretzel bagel. Isn't the whole point of this bagel to get a little bit of that salt flavor on the top? Well, the last three times I've ordered this in the morning, I've heard the "oops" we forgot to put it on. Well "oops" it's time to go somewhere else and spend my money. This way, I can get to work on time and enjoy what I actually ordered. Whomever owns this place needs a wake-up call. If it wasn't for the name brand of the franchise, they would of went under by now!!!
