We stopped in on our way back to Northern Virginia from Indiana. The customer service was very lacking. I asked a simple question and got an eye roll. We pulled up to the drive thru speaker and waited for a while with no response. This was at around 11am and the place closes at 9pm. We were curious and drove up to the drive thru window and we saw workers inside. So, we thought it best to go inside. Well, as we approached the door, the gate that hadn't been closed earlier was suddenly being closed by the employees. Maybe this was a misunderstanding, but either way some acknowledgement would have been nice. read more

I've heard good things about Tim Horton's so decided to drop by here and give it a try. I'm surprised it doesn't have more reviews yet! They had a small assortment of donuts, cookies, and your typical baked goods. I decided to try a pumpkin spice donut (first day of fall!) and a cream cheese stuffed red velvet cookie. This cookie was pretty unique, don't think I've ever tried a stuffed cookie before! It was actually pretty amazing.. soft and fluffy, the stuffing wasn't too much, and the outside edges were crisp. Nomss! Customer service... 3? The cashier didn't barely said a word the whole time. But that's okay, I would still come back to try another cookie! read more

It's okay for a quick coffee and a breakfast sandwich. It is attached to the gas station on the end. I ordered an egg and cheese bagel sandwich and coffee. The coffee was nuclear hot! Staff were friendly and helpful. Quickly served the sandwich which was cold in matter of seconds. It was clean and had coffee sleeves, stirrers, and more readily available. read more

I got an ice capp, it's supposed to be the consistency of a frappacino from Starbucks (not quite as thick though) and it was goopy and disgustingly sweet. Had to throw it away. And the double double was barely warm. Their donuts taste normal. I was excited when i saw it because I only have Tim Hortons at christmas when I visit family in Ontario but this place is some trash. The worst experience ever. I ordered a grill cheeses sandwich and potato soup. The grill cheese was black on one side and normal on the other. I thought I was seeing things. The young lady at window said something was wrong with their grill. I asked her why would they serve me a burnt black sandwich? She took the sandwich back and she walked away with the burnt cheese sandwich to have it recooked. Then the unimaginable happen. I reach in the bag to get the cup of soup out and the top came off the soup and spilled all on my pants, my new Michael Kors top and it spilled all in my car. The steering wheel, the floor, the seat, the center console, it splattered everywhere. Also, it was piping hot. Terrible visit. I had to back the car up because I couldn't get out at the drive thru window to try to knock off the hot soup. To get anyone's attention at the window, I had to knock on the glass repeatedly. I needed plenty of napkins and to give the wet bag back to the drive thru worker. The bag was still dripping everywhere. NO ONE WAS CONCERN I WORE MY SOUP. I ask for the manager and no manager was there. The guy who came to the window was not a manager. I Will NEVER return to this restaurant. Poor customer service, terrible packaging, they serve burnt, black grill cheese and had the nerve to give it out. Now the good news. They recooked the grill cheese and it wasn't burnt but it did not taste good. It was very bland. Because of the spill, the guy who showed up to the window, took off the complete order. I've never been to Tim Horton's but I was driving back to Chattanooga through this area and thought I'd stop in. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a ham and swiss with kettle chips. I didn't know they made their own chips. Nice touch. Something different from french fries. The ham and swiss sandwich was very good too. Great bread, not to hard and not too soft. Easy to eat while driving. I'd definitely eat there again. read more

I stopped in to have lunch and it was the biggest mistake. The food was very dry and flavorless.

I got really terrible service here today. I brought a to go mug with my own non dairy creamer in it (as they do not carry non-dairy). I asked them to fill it (explained the cream). He dumped my cream, and filled the mug. I asked about it he apologized and i exclaimed i didnt want to pay for it since he dumped my cream. He dumped my coffee handed me the empty mug and still charged for my donut. Not coming back here... read more

Big fan of Tim Horton's. I live in northern Virginia and I wish they existed here. If a rep of TH corporate is reading this review, expansion to NoVa wouldn't be a bad idea...hint hint ;) I usually stop at this location, and others in Ohio in particular, when making trips back to the Midwest. It's usually a perfect coffee/doughnut pit-stop once I get on the other side of the mountains. Coffee is great, and I'm a huge sucker for the pumpkin spice doughnuts. Canadian maple is another of my faves. Maybe it is a good thing I'm not near a Tim Horton's all the time because my taste buds would override my ability to stay away!! I'm a big Dunkin Donuts fan, but I give TH a slight edge. read more

I had a very unique experience lol, the cashier was very funny and talkative also very helpful and friendly, however he said he had been up for 3 days and was missing some teeth and very sickly looking and said he needed more "meds" to stay up, so I would say work wasn't the only reason for being up for so long. However he was a dang good cashier. Also I got a 6 pack of donuts even tho I'm usually a Krispy Kreme type of woman I thought I would give it a try, and I have to say I was disappointed by how dry they were.. also the raspberry filled ones had literally a half a teaspoon of jelly in the middle. Not my cup of tea but the customer service was great. read more

I am extremely displeased with the level of service and quality at this Tim Horton's. At the register, my husband ordered the steak wrap. The worker asked if it was a # 9, where we confirmed that it was not because a steak wrap was a # 10. My husband's order was a #10, black coffee, and boston creme doughnut. I then asked for a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, a long john, and a french vanilla cappuccino. When my husband received a #9, we politely told the worker (different than before) that we had ordered a #10. When we received the second attempt, it had sausage instead of steak. When I received my bagel, it had regular cream cheese. When I bit into my long john, there was no creme. If it wasn't for the coffees, we wouldn't have had one positive thing to say. In addition to the issues I have already mentioned, service was very slow. Similarly like another reviewer, the cashier only spoke to us minimally. Being from Ohio, I have visited many Tim Hortons and have never had an experience like this. read more
