Went through the drive-through and used the mobile app for a reward item. Service was quick and the workers were very kind. The drive-through is a little bit confusing at this location but I was able to figure it out. This is my first time having matcha at Tim Hortons and I just have to say THEY DID THE THING! This is some of the best chain matcha I've had. It has a very smooth creamy texture and it's not too bitter not too sweet. I also ordered a Nutella croissant with whipped sweat cream and they forgot the sweet cream... not sure how as it is in the item name, but things happen and it still taste good. read more

Before I even took the "grilled" breakfast wrap out of the wrapper I knew it wasn't going to be good. It was as light as a feather. It was cold and definitely not grilled. For almost 5 dollars I was pretty disappointed. If you are going to do something that poorly, maybe don't do it at all. My coffee was also disgusting. The donut bites were okay but not great. On 11/8/23 I was at the Tim Hortons on Tiffin Ave Findlay, sat in the drive thru for 20 mins and extra 5 waiting at the speaker to take my order: my total was 10.36 ok sat at the window for another 5 mins before getting assistance. After getting my order came to work[I was late to work] opened my bag and I did not get what I ordered egg cheese sausage biscuit. In the bag was a plain bagel. Called that facility at 805a spoke with the manager she took my name and said she would give me my order when I came back in... 11/9/23 showed up at 715a walked in tried to get my sandwich and I was told that by the manager whom I talked with yesterday said she didn't know anything about it. For the 4th time since I have gone to this place, (admittedly I haven't been there is a while because of this same issue), I ordered TWO multigrain bagels, toasted twice, with butter. Easy and simple. The staff here are always focused on everything but their jobs and once again, I get home to find only ONE bagel in the sack but having been charged for the two that I ordered. It is unbelievably pathetic that even with a computer screen listing my SIMPLE order, full grown adults cannot seem to manage to get both of my bagels in the bag. Really? Is it that complicated? We frequently stop here when we're in the area. It's busy at times, which tells me people enjoy the place. The coffee is good, and the donuts and sandwiches are too. Always fresh. The service is always great, and I've never had a complaint. Overall this spot is obviously well managed and very clean. Our go-to place for coffee and a snack in Findlay. read more

As we were heading back to Indy from our Ohio weekend visit, we had gassed up the car, got a couple cups of coffee and headed West for Indy. We were about a half hour into the trip and came upon Tim Hortons. Since they are open 24 hours, we decided to stop and check it out. They had a sign for some Timbits 10 for $1 and thought what the heck, let's give them a try. Upon entering the store, there was a gentleman and his daughter waiting at the counter to place an order, but there was not a clerk to be found. After a couple minutes, a clerk came from the back and took their order. They were there to try the Timbits as well. The clerk had to go to the back to bring them a box for their Timbits and after she came back, completed their order. It was my turn to order and I said I'll take 10 of the Timbits. She said we are out of the 10 boxes, I'll have to give you a 20 box....ok no problem, just give me 10 Timbits in a 20 box, no problem. Again, she had to make a trip to the back to get a box. Not sure why they don't keep them handy! This was taking a little too long for me as we were anxious to get on the road. The facility looked clean and the other donuts were pretty well stocked. I did not try their coffee on this stop, but have had it before and it's ok. All in all, it appears to be an OK stop and conveniently open 24 hours, but if you are in a hurry, I would not suggest it. If you try the Timbits, I would suggest trying the Birthday Cake flavor for something different. They were fresh and we enjoyed them. Tim Hortons is my favorite coffee! I get a caramel ice coffee with triple triple and I have never had anything to complain about. The staff there are always friendly even when I see that they have to work with difficult customers. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere there and they do a great job following COVID-19 protocols! I've only ever gone through the drive-thru in the morning but they are quite fast. I don't think I've ever waited more than maybe 90 seconds from the end of the line to driving out of the parking lot. Admittedly I'm not a coffee drinker, so I can't attest to how good their coffee is but I do enjoy hot chocolate before work when it's cold out and their hot chocolate is DELICIOUS! Their breakfast sandwiches and doughnuts are also very tasty. I've never had anything from their "lunch" menu as I only ever come here for breakfast. I wouldn't seek out Tim Hortons to eat a sandwitch for lunch, but they are my go to breakfast place. Especially when I'm on the go. Overall I give Tim Hortons 5 stars for what I and most other people go there for... breakfast. read more

This coffee shop is not as friendly as the one on Trenton Ave. Plus, Tim Horton's should be a little more customer service oriented when it comes to serving hot coffee in their paper cups. You will not receive a sleeve to put over your cup unless you think to ask for one. And when you do,,,,, they will practically throw it across the counter to you. Warning stay away from here on Saturday This is the worst service you can experience at the Tiffin ave location. Saturday they cannot handle the traffic coming in. Tim Horton's coffee is second to none. Admittedly that's all I usually order. The doughnuts are good, although not great. I have never tried any of their lunch/breakfast items. It is a coffee shop after all, as long as they get the coffee right that makes them good in my book. read more

Worst service at this location. When I ordered thru drive-thru I told them I had a coupon for hoagie meal. When I got to window and gave her my coupon the lady chastised me as a lemonade is more money than any other soft drink. Who would have thought that as no other fast food chain considers a lemonade different from any other soft drink. I told her I will just have a Diet Coke then. She very rudely said she would just throw the lemonade out! She then chastised me that I didn't order a classic hoagie and I should tell them next time. I said I didn't know the difference and why she didn't ask me. I told you I had the coupon. She said very sarcastically forget it and there is tax and I can't control that!
