If you're arriving past 7am, expect a wait because they're popular. STILL, the food comes out excellent, the morning staff are nice as heck, and they have always gotten my order correct. I went to the drive thru here on November 23rd of 2022. I did not receive HALF my order. Drove all the way home and realized this. I called to ask about it and was hung up on twice. The third time I was told too bad, no refunds. I have contacted their customer service line about this a total of 9 times. They said thanks for your input! This is a combo Tim Horton's and Cold Stone Creamery location that's fairly new-ish. It's a large freestanding building just off US23 and M59. Surprisingly small inside. Just tables and chairs, no booths or comfy, appealing seating. They clearly don't want you to overstay your welcome here. They seem to do a lot of drive thru traffic. There is a large outdoor dining space out front, but an SOL option in wintry January. There is not a stupendous amount of parking here either. Seemed to be a decent amount of staff on this visit, so the dining area could have been a bit cleaner, especially the limited amount of tables to deal with compared to other locations I've been to. How long would it take to wipe down about 20 small tables that were 20% occupied at most just before noontime on a Sunday? Considering the review before mine, it does kind of make you wonder what it's like in the back where all the food is kept and prepared. Place emptied out while I was here and I basically saw an employee grab a few of the trays placed on top of the garbage area and that's it. I was here about an hour and 15 minutes. Even made a point to ask for a manager on the way out for sh*** and giggles, but was informed Mike is the manager and he went home a little while ago. In a nutshell: Meh. read more

You want a cold sandwich? Cheese that is not melted? Horrible management? This is your place! Went here a few times and have had the same result. First time thought it was a fluke. I got made a large order drive thru for 4 people in my car and all of our food was cold and cheese on the sandwich's were just cold and not melted. Fed up with this place, I went in to say I wanted my money back and brought the sandwich's. The manager was PISSED and threw the sand which at the wall. It took him 10 minutes to get my money back as he had to go to the ice cream shop side to take the money out. This event happened last year and I never got a chance to mention it. Since then, beyond my best judgment I went back due to its location and convince. SAME THING HAPPENED. Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give negative stars to this damn place. read more

1. The food is always cold. The only time I've gotten a nice hot sandwich is a grilled cheese straight from the panini press. 2, don't get the hash browns. They're awful, cold, soggy, and tasteless. 3. The place seems to be run by teenagers that couldn't care less. 4. I once ordered tea, thinking I would be asked what kind, my mistake apparently. 5. When it was new it was the fastest timmies around. And it eventually got slower and slower over time to the point you have to get gas after waiting in line for so long. The good news is that if you got your tires from Belle Tire next store like me you can get your coffee and then air all four of your brand new tires up that never sealed. read more

Amazed at the stupidity and lack of customer care at this location. Ordered a large coffee, was handed a small. Nicely asked the attendant if it was a large, which I ordered she just said "it's a small" and turned to who I assume took the order and they said "I heard him say small". She then turned back to me, shoved a bag of my food out the window and said "you're all set" never again addressing the concern of my coffee size. Whoever was working the window 4-21-19 at 10:45a needs to learn to be less rude and more accommodating to the customer. I would have happily paid the remainder of the amount for the size of coffee I asked for than taken the small. And maybe try being nice to people? My first visit to a Tim Horton's and not a pleasant experience at all. I stood there for 5 minutes being looked at and had to say "Is anyone helping customers today?" Finally someone acknowledged my presence and said someone would be with me in a minute (with a scowl on their face). I am fed up with this location. I like Tim Hortons but something is wrong with management at this store. Several times ordering a latte, I receive a drink loaded down with flavoring or sweetener. Last time I went through drive through I specified small plain latte, no flavoring. I drove down the road, took a sip and it was sickeningly sweet. I took it back later that night and requested a refund but they would only offer to remake the drink! They also said their lattes come with 2 sugars which, as I told them, was the only Tim Hortons that does so. No attempt was made to satisfy the customer. read more

Disappointed with service and serving size. I bought the Tuscan chicken panini, got a fritter to make it a combo and also bought an iced latte. Panini was the size I would expect a child to eat, though it did taste good. Just not at all filling. The young guy who waited on me at the counter didn't ask what size but I didn't realize it until I looked at the drink menu. He gave me a large, I'm going to be wired! Lol.
