My coffee was cold and the staff on 4/27/2025, were neither friendly, professional, nor very helpful. They were busy with the Drive Thru, and treated me like they were bothered them because I came inside and ordered a coffee and a muffin. In their defense, they are usually better than this. I love their Mocha Carmel Latte and their Everything Bagel sandwich with turkey, cheese, and cream cheese. Their blueberry muffins aren't bad either. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a nice place to sit and enjoy your coffee inside as well as a drive through. read more

This Biggby Coffee is conveniently located off the highway near Fowlerville, making it an easy stop for my boyfriend and I on our way back to Grand Rapids from Detroit. We've stopped here a couple times in the past but I wanted to leave a review as our last (pre-COVID) visit was particularly great. The crew working was super quick and efficient, and the employee who took our order (possibly the manager) was incredibly helpful and kind. We ordered a bragel to split and a latte, so I was going to combine them to get the combo, but she told us it'd be cheaper to order it in some other combination which we appreciated. Our bragel came out quickly and was hot and the cheese was melty! It was a little light on the cream cheese which I was actually okay with, as it made it less messy to eat. The latte came out moments later and was hot as well. It wasn't the best latte I've ever had but I so appreciated the great customer service we received here. Biggby is by far the best coffee chain in the midwest. But this location in particular out does themselves. this is the only location where I was even reminded I can swipe my Biggby card to earn points towards a free coffee. I have had super energetic staff who actually seemed to like their job every time I have come through here. This is my new Biggby location whenever I'm on my way to school or work, If I need to this will be my first choice in a study spot. the crew is the best here, perfect spot to start your day off with a good cup of Joe. If I could I would truly give them a higher rating but yelp max's you out at perfect, doesn't let you rate them as better then perfect :( read more

I saw the name on signs and just had to try a new to me coffee shop. I was immediately impressed by the selection of drinks and couldn't pick. Everyone was super patient with me being indecisive and totally rocked out the multitasking with the drive through. I appreciate all of the wonderful ladies. I hope one of these pops up in Chicago so I can try more things. Oh and that ham honey breakfast bagel sandwich is easily the best breakfast sandwich ever. read more

We stopped for a short break. There was only one employee taking orders at the register and drive thru. She also had to make every order. The coffee was lukewarm so after a return to the counter she microwaved it. The hot cocoa, ordered at the same time, was made after the next customers' order of chilled coffee and food. Very poor service and coffee. read more

They make good drinks but man is it slow here. In the morning I hope to get in and out with a normal iced coffee and it takes at least 10 minutes. Maybe understaffed. Who knows. read more

Although all Biggby Coffee isn't that great. Too watery or way to acidic. They make Up for it with their extremely friendly staff. The ladies at work at this location are so friendly and welcoming it makes up for their bad coffee. I'll give it five stars just for the people that work here. read more

Normally we like Biggby, but after spending more than $25 on coffee they refused to fill my 2 year old's sippy cup without nickel and diming us for another 25 cents. We won't be returning to this one again. Also, they have no changing tables in the rest rooms. Maybe they should put in a coin operated one and charge 25 cents per use. read more

There was no one in the shop except myself and 2 workers behind the counter. One was on the headset taking a drive thru order. I was ignored. Prices look outrageous for what looks like Dunkin Doughnut type coffee. $3.5 for a cheapy chain coffee joint 16oz Americano? I think not. Food looked unappetizing as well. Their only other options were Altoid mints or Twix bars. After 2 minutes of waiting and being ignored I walked out to go to the gas station instead. At least they'll have food options for the same quality coffee. read more

Was pleasantly surprised to find this establishment open on Christmas Eve. Stopped in for coffee to help reenergize on a drive from Lansing to Detroit to visit family for the holidays. The staff was courteous and professional. Our drinks were delicious and were made quickly, despite the busy drive through. A big thank you to the three lovely ladies working on a holiday. read more

Oh, wow! I love this coffee shop! They have so many good options, even for non-coffee drinkers like myself. I specifically love how there's a variety of tea lattes, not just the typical chai tea latte. I got the cinnamon spice tea latte and it was SO GOOD. My dad got the Costa Rica coffee, and he is a coffee snob, but said that it's one of the best cups of coffee he's ever had. Also, both employees working were very cheerful, helpful, and kind. Their positivity really made it an enjoyable transaction. This is the first Biggby I've ever been to, but it was such a positive experience! I really wish they had them where I live (PA), because it's way better than Starbucks. When you need a good cup of coffee, tea, or a fresh muffin, go here! read more

Great place, great service but it's difficult to be in there when you guys open the doors. I am tormented by flys every single time and have to leave. Not trying to be a jerk about it but I go in their to do work and CANNOT get anything done. It seems like a small issue but multiple flys keep landing on my drink, my computer screen, and my face it super sucks. I get they don't bother the counter girls because they stay.by the windows and I wouldn't bring this up but this has happened a bunch of times now. Sorry to post something which might be trivial but I'm hoping you've just never thought about this before. Keeping the trash by the door helps make them come inside too...... read more

Very disappointing! This Establishment has a lot of issues with their workers coming and going and when this occurs over and over, it all points to only one conclusion...the owner. If only the owner would take the time to actually care about their staff by helping them to gain the necessary skills needed to work at such a place rather than booting them out the door so hastily without really listening to what is fixable issue??? When you have dedicated, responsible, trustworthy employees who need perhaps a little tweaking, the last thing you should do is ignore that. These are the employees who will be there for you through anything but you don't give them the opportunity. This "owner" has also become known as such all over our small little town, word travels quickly, its no wonder it's such a high turnover rate here-not the right way to run a business. Such a shame-I personally do not have any children working here, but again we are a small town. I will not do business at this location ever again and I will let all of my friends and family know the same! Change is needed!!! read more
