I've actually stopped going to Starbucks completely after another long wait at the a different Starbucks (the Elmvale Acres one in Ottawa), and now, when I'm in the area, go exclusively to Zaytouna and Madawaska Coffee in Pembroke. I've been told Starbucks will prioritize Uber Eats and Mobile orders, so that if you walk in and order and an Uber Eats ordee comes in after you, they will make the Uber Eats order first. This seems true based on Ottawa locations I've visited, but Uber Eats doesn't even exist in Petawawa, so I'm thinking it's due to mobile orders and the drive thru.
