What I saw was a team that seamlessly worked together to make their customers feel seen and appreciated. It was like I watched an interpretive dance. If the bartender needed (for whatever reason) to step away from the bar, another employee filled her place. I even saw one employee asking the current bartender to teach her how to make a certain drink. I had the cheese curds, and they were so good that I asked for a to-go so I could share it with my family. Someone from the kitchen brought out my order. I said, "Please tell the chef that these are so good that they could be addictive." He smiled and said, "Thank you. I'm the chef."
