I finally get to step foot in to a Tim Hortons shop and experience it for the first time, I've come across many social media post on Tim Hortons, even bought the Keurig pods at Bath & Beyond when they were still in business. I stopped by this Tim Hortons 3 times during my short visit to BC, it was a great location as well so close to where we were staying. To sum it up, Tim Hortons is like a Dunkin Donut, Canada's version and biggest coffee + quick service chain . They were very busy during a Saturday morning when we visited the next day they wasn't, I got my order really quick. We stopped here for the large dark roast coffee and we really enjoyed our coffee kick for the day, I got a maple glazed donut and timbits to try and munch on since we had plans for Asian food for breakfast. I have say the maple glazed donut was not the best I had but I loved the timbits, so fun to eat. The timbits are .49 each or cheaper if you buy them in 6 or more. I need to try the breakfast sandwiches and lunch items next time I visit as they do look/sound interestingly good. read more

It's a real nice place, very busy place.And i'm glad we walked in when we did, because the line is almost out the door. Got a chocolate donut and it's amazing.It is so good. This place is decently occupied on Sunday morning. It locates conveniently in a plaza that has all kinds of stuff including grocery pharmacy and other food. This is the first time we went to a Tim Horton. Maybe our expectation is too high. However the pastry that we got a pretty cooled-down and the tart is a bit too sweet for me. As a first-time customer, I was treated with a bit of impatience from the stage. Anyways, not much to complain, we are looking forward to trying more Tim's! read more

As we were leaving cold and rainy Vancouver and heading back to Seattle, we had to make a stop for our Tim Hortons fix. Out of all my visits, I've usually just gotten Timbits and coffee -- never any food. This time, I went for a London Fog latte while my friend stuck with a regular latte. The Timbits were as good as always, though the blueberry-filled ones were a bit too sweet for my taste. I'll stick to the classic glazed next time. The sour cream flavored was also interesting. Stopped by Tim's on the way back to the US. This one is right off the Stevetson highway. First off, we love everything about Tim's, well, except the food. It seems like the quality has fallen off. I had the sausage and egg everything bagel and my wife had the egg bites. The bagel wasn't great and the meat/egg wasn't warm. My wife's egg bites were bland. The hash brown tasted old. Didn't finish it. The coffee was bland. My wife's black hot tea miraculously arrived as green tea. Yikes guys. Tim Hortons is as Canadian as it gets, or did that change? They can do better. I'm always torn between the other breakfast fast food giant and Tim Horton for breakfast. Timmy's coffee is better! But the other place does actual breakfast better! This was the war raging inside my head this morning when bf and I were debating a quick breakfast before we started our days. The plea for coffee won, and we headed to Tim Hortons. Wait for food was longer than expected, even though we were second in line. They called our order without the coffees being ready! And then when we sat down to eat, my bacon egg muffin was cold, the muffin was stale, and on top of it my egg had shell in it. The company was nice though! Wasn't really thinking of coming here for drinks or anything. I just needed to use the washroom. So we also ended up getting drinks here. Got the lemonade. For some reason it was very sour compared to the other locations. There are a few people inside. The place is quite clean. At the same time, lots of seats but we came at midnight. Washroom was ok. This location is in the strip mall near Highway 99. In the wee hours of the morning, the drive-thru is filled with a smattering of drivers seeking breakfast before they join the nightmare queue heading into the George Massey tunnel. The Breakfast Wrap is reasonably priced and contains your choice of sausage or bacon, wrapped inside a tortilla with cheese and scrambled eggs. Make it a meal with a hashbrown and coffee and you are set for the morning. My preference is to upgrade to the Farmer's Breakfast Wrap, which contains the hashbrown inside the wrap. You then have the option of getting a donut with your meal, or a second hashbrown. Washrooms are always clean if you do need to make a stop inside. read more

I brought my 6 yr old here for a donut treat but had to bring the little guy to the washroom to wash his hands first. The washroom, my goodness, is nasty. Disgusting. It's like the whole city only uses this one washroom and no one's cleaned it ever since they opened. The service seems to be more focused on drive through. There's only one person manning the counter despite the line up. And she had to get or make every order that she puts in. But she is quite friendly and tries to fulfill the orders as quickly as she can. I don't frequent any Timmy's but that one visit left a bad impression on us. read more

I can't believe that I am rating this location only 2 stars where I commend the other branches I have visited. This location is really busy and with that said, as customers you need to accept the fact that you'll be staying in line for quite sometime before your orders will be taken. Which is fine, my wife and I are always ordering their double² with expresso shot everytime. We visited this location everytime we're headed for the Steveston area and have noticed something. I thought the staff were just tired during my previous visits on why they don't smile or even look you in the eye when they take your order. After several visits, I could clearly see the pattern, Tim's need to fix or correct this right away otherwise a lot of your regular customers will be doing thus business elsewhere. Two words for you, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was not able to pull my phone just to record an older gentleman who was asking for extra napkins at the counter because of a spill in his table. Jaspreet was there to acknowledge his request but not in a good way. She literally grabbed the napkins crumpling it and placing it infront of the gentleman just looking at her in shock. That was rude. They got my order wrong too for the the 2 medium double-double with an additional expresso shot on each. And when I asked nicely that I need the expresso to be added, staff was rude and tells me to go and pay for the expresso shot. Which I did and asked and excused myself to the family ordering at that time if I would be able to pay for the additional coz there is just 1 register open during the rush. Yes just one! And the staff was looking at me and hand pointing at the register and the reason why I have to excuse myself to the people in line. I understand why people are tired but what I don't understand is why the rudeness? I have worked on a fastfood and customer service based industry for almost 40 years and I never been rude to customers for no reason at all! This review is for the breakfast wrap. The two of us ordered it wanting to see if it would compare to the fancy offerings of McDonald's breakfast wrap. We could only compare it to McDonald's version with sausage and egg. The verdict? We both liked the Tim Hortons version more. It was less greasy. Both were just as salty. As a combo you get the side of hash browns but in the McD's version it seems like overkill since their wrap already comes with it. The Tims variant will have some veggies instead. The Tims hash browns are less greasy as well. In the end you feel less plugged up with grease eating the Tims version. They have to get their packaging figured out. They don't tear open as good as McDonalds. And the wrap is pretty tiny. Bigger wrap, better packaging and you've got yourself a winner. read more

I come to this Tim Horton's stop quite often because it's one of the last good food hoards before I head to the border and it's one of the closest when I have a steep tea double double craving. This is a typical chain with indoor seating and a drive thru. Service is quick, effective and friendly. I've never had a wrong order thus far *knock on wood* However, the only tim-bit, i mean, tid-bit I would like to add is the evening/night time inventory. More than thrice, I have left unhappy with the report that they have run out of the Chicken Salad Sandwich and/or no Chocolate dipped donuts. How can that be? All I have to say is, please ration those delights or keep a steady inventory of those products so I and others can leave with a happy stomach when craving those items. Thanks! read more

Steeped tea. Double double. (2 creams, 2 sugars in Tim Horton's lingo.) Or on the days when I feel like something different, 2 creams, and honey please! (Is there Tim Horton's lingo for honey?) If only I could replicate Tim Horton's steeped tea at home. I know it's just steeped orange pekoe tea, and I've come very close to replicating it, but it's just not the same. Is it just the Timmy's paper cup that makes it so different? Or is it just all in my mind I must buy the steeped tea from here? Nevertheless, I always end up getting my steeped teas at Timmy's. I sometimes come to this location before work. It also has a drive thru, and there's always a long line. I opt to park and walk inside-this is my morning exercise routine. (Ok, just kidding about the exercise.) The line up is never too long, and I believe it's because there's good management, and they hire efficient people. Mornings are probably the busiest time of their day, so they have a full force of employees. Two cashiers-which are quick and efficient, and are quite smart at figuring out my special requests. Three people manning the 'sandwich/ bagel' section, and I'm glad to say that I've never had a burnt bagel here. (Contrary to other locations.) There's someone dedicated to brewing fresh coffee/ tea, and the manager just checks in on each station and provide help when needed. Excellent. I know I will never have to wait more than 5 minutes in line. Very assuring! read more

Came around for a quick breakfast again. Wanted the advertised grilled wrap + soup combo. Was informed that they ran out of soup and only had chilli left. I told them I was fine with the replacement. Instead of giving me the chilli as part of the combo, they charged me for an individual wrap and bowl of chilli. This location is just like any other Tim's restaurant but I find that the staff needs improvement on speed and efficiency. We ordered coffee, donuts and some mini strudel. It took staff 20 minutes to complete the order. The apple and blueberry strudel were my favourite. read more

Even though the drive thru line looks like it will take forever, this is the faster drive thru at Tims you will find. They try really hard to make the line go quickly. Recently they divided the line into two making it even more efficient. This is a busy location but long waits are rare, especially the early morning team. They are FAST!
