The urinals had scum growing in them. I mentioned this to waiter and ask her to tell the manager on duty. We dined in and saw the manager leave approximately 10 min. Later . The staff didn't seem to busy as some were on phones and leaning around. If restrooms cleanliness is this poor I'm concerned about the kitchen. This was not the first time I've seen or experienced questionable things at this store. Just asking the management to clean up the store not just the surface! Not cleaned before we left, staff had time and as mentioned not to busy as they were leaning and on phones.

Making the shell soggy. I feel that's a common Mexican restaurant occurrence, tho. In the end.... I'd still recommend La Palma. I know there isn't a lot to choose from in Urbana, so check it out.... It's really great for my mother because it shows the heat index of all the individual ingredients (my mother HATES spicy food). Overall, I'd go again.
