The urinals had scum growing in them. I mentioned this to waiter and ask her to tell the manager on duty. We dined in and saw the manager leave approximately 10 min. Later . The staff didn't seem to busy as some were on phones and leaning around. If restrooms cleanliness is this poor I'm concerned about the kitchen. This was not the first time I've seen or experienced questionable things at this store. Just asking the management to clean up the store not just the surface!
