There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

It can only be done on Tuesday and Thursday as they use an external company, both are work days for me. Three weeks after purchase I decided to make an appointment for this, drop off the car and uber to work. On my way I was the victim of a hit and run, so now my brand new car is damaged and I never made it to this appointment. I decided to take a day off work to reschedule and not having to uber as it's far and expensive. Staff is very friendly but the window tinting.... 4 hours later I got my car back with the EXACT SAME TINT as already was on the car. I assumed a darker tint, an actual tinting not the light exact same thing. So now I have a damaged car and a day taken off work COMPLETELY WASTED ON USELESS WORK. On top of that there are mistakes in 2 Windows!!! It's not even done properly! Very very very disappointed and I find it quite dishonest to not be transparent about what window tinting, if I had known I was getting what was already on the car all of that could have never happened.
