Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

After checking in my vehicle, my wife and I went into the waiting area which was very reminiscent of restaurant style seating with multiple tables and chairs around. Unfortunately there was no complimentary coffee or snacks. The did have a cafe where you could by food that looked sub-par. I was slightly annoyed because after 10 minutes of waiting, one of the salesman came up and tried to buy my car and get me to do a trade in option...I'm just here for service. Typical dealer behavior but I was disappointed by it. They told me it would be 1-1.5 hours but it ended up taking just over 3 hours, which I was OK with because they offered a complimentary shuttle to a nearby shopping center but it was still frustrating that their estimate was so far off. When it came time to pay, the charged an additional hidden $40 "dealer fee". Once again frustrating, I thought that's what I pay for when I pay for the labor hourly rate? They also added another small credit card fee. Things add up and it's frustrating that they aren't up front about their costs. They also tried to tell me my 10 month old battery was bad and needed replacing for over $300. Naturally I declined because my battery is working 100% fine. They definitely were trying to take advantage of me. Overall, I hoped for a better experience and won't be back. I usually always do my own maintenance for this very reason but was short on time. I will use another private shop next time.

Friendly People, Dishonest Follow-Through…read more The staff was always polite and friendly, both before and after the sale. My issue isn't with how they treated me personally--it's with being repeatedly told a problem was fixed when it clearly wasn't. I purchased a 2023 vehicle from Napleton's Volkswagen of Orlando and during the test drive I pointed out that the car pulled to the right. It was obvious enough that I raised the concern before agreeing to buy the vehicle. I was assured the issue would be repaired that evening, as I was leaving town the following day. I live in Clearwater, nearly two hours away, so timing was important. Based on their assurances, I completed the purchase and was later told the vehicle had been fixed. It had not. The vehicle still pulled to the right. I left the car with the dealership and had to drive home in a rental because I was again told they would take care of it. While I was there in person, I was told the vehicle would be repaired by Monday and delivered back to me on Tuesday. To their credit, they did exactly that--they delivered the vehicle to my home in Clearwater as promised. Unfortunately, the car STILL pulls to the right. The most frustrating part was being told the vehicle was fixed when it clearly was not. Prior to me taking delivery, I was told by the salesperson that the vehicle "goes with the flow of the road" and that it had driven fine on the trip to Clearwater. However, after driving it myself on multiple roads, the vehicle continues to consistently pull to the right. I've owned and driven plenty of vehicles over the years. A vehicle following the crown of a road slightly is one thing. A vehicle consistently pulling to the right on multiple roads is another. The issue was obvious enough that I brought it up before purchasing the vehicle, obvious enough that the dealership agreed it needed to be addressed, and obvious enough that the vehicle was held for repairs before being delivered back to me. If the vehicle was truly operating as intended, then why was it supposedly repaired multiple times? I understand that diagnosing alignment and suspension issues can sometimes be difficult. What I cannot understand is being told multiple times that the issue had been repaired, only to experience the exact same problem after delivery. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. However, being friendly does not make up for a lack of honesty, accuracy, and follow-through. If a dealership tells a customer a repair has been completed, that customer should be able to trust that statement. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend that any buyer personally verify promised repairs before taking delivery.

regarding a series of highly unprofessional and misleading experiences that took place over the…read morelast 48 hours. I was subjected to what can only be described as "bait-and-switch" tactics that resulted in significant personal and financial stress. On three separate occasions prior to my visit, I was told by dealership staff over the phone that my financing application was approved. I also maintained a consistent text dialogue with a representative named Eddie, who repeatedly guaranteed that I was approved and ready to move forward. Based on these explicit assurances, I traveled from Lakeland, FL, straight from my job to Orlando--a commute I clearly communicated to them multiple times. Upon arrival, the dealership staff continued to manipulate my expectations. I was kept at the facility late into the night while they "played" with my hopes of leaving with a vehicle. I was told several times that with a co-signer, I was "100% guaranteed" to leave with a car. After hours of waiting, they finally claimed the "banks were closed" but the manager specifically pointed out two vehicles and promised me, "You will leave with one of these tomorrow." The following day, the dealership began ignoring my repeated calls and texts. When they finally did respond, they demanded more information--despite having already claimed I was approved--only to ultimately tell me I was denied. This conduct is unacceptable for the following reasons: * Misrepresentation: I was given false guarantees of "100% approval" to entice me to travel a long distance. * Lack of Transparency: They intentionally withheld the truth about my status to keep me at the dealership until late at night. * Professional Negligence: They showed a total disregard for my time, my employment schedule, and the gas/travel costs incurred coming from Lakeland. I am seeking a formal apology from the management and an explanation as to why their staff is permitted to give "guaranteed" approvals over the phone and text that they have no intention of honoring. No customer should be treated with such a lack of integrity. This experience has been more than just a frustration; it has been a genuine setback. I am currently in massage therapy school with only three months left until graduation. This is a future I am working tirelessly to secure for myself and my family. Every hour of school is critical; missing even a single day means losing those hours, delaying my graduation, and incurring significant extra costs to make them up later. I trusted your word and sacrificed that precious time, only to be left in limbo for hours before being told the banks were closed. The manager personally assured me I would leave with a car the following day, even showing me the two specific vehicles for which I was purportedly approved. Yet, today my calls and texts have been ignored, and I was asked for more information only to be told I was denied again. To play with a customer's hopes and disregard the professional and financial risks I took to be there is deeply hurtful and entirely unacceptable."
