We called them back and spoke to Alex who said it was actually a broker fee. We told him we did not appreciate being lied to and he stated there is nothing we can do as he is the manager. We put a complaint with progressive and leaving this review. Guess that's all we can do. We would not mind paying a broker fee but be honest about it.
