I legitimately will be switching to another company as soon as I can after dealing with this new agent. I've never spoken to him and the people there have royally screwed up my account and added policies to my account that are not mine. They charge a lot of money and won't price match anything because they don't feel comfortable with the coverage amount. Mind you this was for a renters policy and I asked to be covered for what my complex requested. State Farm charged me twice as much and refused to cover me for what I asked and added on much more, despite being a loyal customer who has always paid their bills in full and on time. I'm sure other State Farm agents in other areas are great, but Bobby is horrible.
