Melissa took over the policy and was able to offer new coverage at 2/3rds of the cost with an equally reputable carrier. On July 1, 2019, my husband (a new permanent resident) called Scott's office to get his car added…read moreto the policy. This was after I had submitted all info online. He was emailed a temporary ID card by Leigh Underwood, but the application was incomplete because the office did not take a payment on that day. I learned of this on July 18th after opening a statement and noticing my husband's car was NOT listed. He registered his car and had been driving around for 3 weeks without actual coverage. State Farm assures me that they would have had our back in the event of an accident, however I don't trust that statement. That comment won't hold up in court. On July 26th I spoke with Jessie Garcia, Scott's office manager. She asked me to forward the email containing the temporary ID cards. I was promised that I would receive a call from Scott on Monday July 29th. I never received that call, nor a response to the two unanswered calls and messages I have left since then. My husband and I have busted our asses to ensure his legal status and WILL NOT be compromised by the Underwoods. Y'all better reach out and find a way to make this right because I AM NOT THE ONE.

After the Underwood's took over his clients, I have been delivered extremely poor service, and unreceptive dishonest practices and been significantly overcharged with no resolution. I received empty promises that amounted to nothing. If you're looking for quality auto insurance I would steer away from these people and never make contact with them because they will lie through their teeth just to get you as a client.
