They also provided an estimate which I believe was very fair. The appointment was was less than a week later and first thing in the morning. The Handyman, Robert, contacted us on the way over to my sisters, and was early, at that. I was told that he was like Santa in that he went right to the work and banged everything out expertly and promptly. He was extremely respectful, professional, and genuine in personability to my sister - a single person, and never a question of safety or trust whatsoever.
