The location is superbly accessible occupying a major corner of the vast mall with a major exterior and two exterior loading areas, 1 adjacent to the exterior door and a proper loading dock on the side by arrangement / request. The interior door is very large, as are all retailer's here, and is immediately adjacent to the restroom hallway in this sector of the mall (those familiar know restrooms are a bit of a distance from most spots). The space is always very well swept and kept with spacious warehouse ceiling, copious lighting, and clarion categorization inside evident from anywhere on the floor. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any number of questions from us from borrowing a ruler or a scissor to chasing down an SKU and installation advice. The inventory is more or less the complete width thus not just expected furniture but also lighting, curtain rods, kids' backpacks, bath and kitchen accessories, textiles, fireplace covers & pokers, etc. There is no final clearance section as they're located in their respective category's area. There's a bathroom and water fountain in the store though unclear if they're for customers as are typically partly obscured by some ad hoc storage and janitorial equipment. Major downsides are some categories like curtain rodes are a hopeless mass of messily laid boxes often without labels or even SKUs and potentially incomplete though one can't open all boxes to examine so it's almost unusable. The sofas sell out steadily so one should be able to act timely. The chairs also seem to cycle thru quite speedily which is good and bad both, greatest challenge being if you need more than 3 of a style. Overall, great location and realization of the brand for the patient!

There were plenty of discounts and deals on products throughout the store, up to 60% off. And of course they also had the clearance wall that had shoes for even cheaper price. The store was mostly tidy everywhere. There were plenty of staff members all over the floor helping customers and also tidying up different sections. I went in the store to get some shoes for my daughter. Found couple of pairs that had 40% off. Checkout lane was busy, but they had several registers open, so line was moving quickly. Overall I had good experience shopping at this Nike location.

Small factory store within the Mills at Jersey Gardens Mall. They have great customer service there…read moreand they always greet you as you enter. They don't have the long lines like Nike or Adidas used to have-- so it makes your experience much better. The front part of the store is apparel and they have a few sales racks. The other side/back part of the store is for shoes. On my previous visit, I inadvertently picked up the incorrect size of pants and a hoodie, which they allowed me to exchange without a hassle.

This company has been extremely unprofessional and not worth buying a kayak from. And now, without any notice, you delivered the kayak in the middle of the night, left it outside with no call, no message, and I'm not even home. You just dropped it and left.

Most of the items in front part of the store had regular sale, but there were clearance sections in the backend of the store that has 30% additional discount on top of the sale price. We went in to find some dresses for our daughter. Most of the items they had in the clearance section were underwhelming designs and limited availability in sizes. Rest of the items in the store didn't appeal us either. The staff members were friendly and checked with us if we needed help.

There were fans blowing all around, and clearly a guy was trying to fix the AC for the store on July 4th! The sales team was as polite as they could be. We initially went to the store to do a return. They had only one specific register for return, so it took me about 10 minutes to complete the return. But then we started going around the store and found some items we wanted to buy. My daughter picked a couple of dresses and I got a shirt from the men's clearance section. All them had very reasonable price. The checkout was much quicker, as there were several registers open. Some staff members were available around the floor helping customs, others were at the checkout registers. Overall I liked the store a lot, except their return process, and will stop by again when I am at the outlet mall in future.
